Poor
At this moment my challenge is to be permanent of which with been working here since last year September but no promise at all. My relationship with my coworkers is very good since I came here. I have learned that working with different people its a good experience at this moment cause you learn different things everyday.

Team work, working together as one
customer experience, working with people build my character, personality and made more confident. learning and listening. I have being working with people different cultures and they are all different and unique. at the of the day we are one. we have to stand together to overcome optical.

Learning curve
Standard bank is a great company if they can change some of their processes the'll be the best in business.I'd the was to be less differentiating between contract and permanent employees most employees would be happy to be working for the Bank

Experienced
Experienced Test Lead with banking and Finance experience. I like to working in a challanging environment where there is room for growth and open opportunity for innovation. I ejoyed team work though i also manage to work individually. I cope and manage pressure where we work with tied dead lines to meet deliverables. I have people's management skills as i have lead a team more of more that 10 Senior Testers in different projects for different companies.

Customers are always first, I am very passionate and dedicated at my job.
I am very dedicated and passionate at my job. Love making customers happy by providing excellent service to them. Always keeping them informed. The customer always comes first. I enjoy working in teams, and would really like looking for good opportunities to grow. Always thinking of new ways to work better. A typical day would be calling customers trying to make a arrangements for a valuation to be done on the property. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt how to be responsible and take ownership/ accountablitity for my actions. and to always put the needs of the customer first. i enjoy it most when clients are pleased with the service that we provide to them. The most challenging aspects will be if customers numbers are incorrect to contact them. or if the property details are incorrect as this delays the process.
Pros: We work a flexible shift. We have alot of fun events at work.
Cons: when vacancies arises within the Bank, we are not always informed

Great knowledge was gained
Work hours 8 to 16:30, a lot of over time was worked and the time will be given off otherwise paid. Most we will have quick meetings to discuss targets, work ethics etc We then will have coffee and then move to our stations and start preparing for walk in customers to be assisted and all other responsibilities like queries etc to be worked on. Lunch is an hour and then work till end of day.
Pros: Customer service and great way to learn a lot about banking
