Excellent learning curve
It's is a decent company to work for. The company could do with more staff. Other than that the co. The company needs good leaders.Company has nice benefits for it's staff members.

Standard bank is a great place to work with vast learning opportunities. There has been challenges with the slow turning speed towards the 4th industrial revolution.

Excellent work ethic
Working at Standard Bank has grown me as an individual. Dealing with Managerial leaders who have certain standards of doing things and learning how to deal with them has grown me an individual. A fast-paced environment where change constantly takes place and you have to adapt fast. A typical day at work is never the same as each day presents a different challenge. But ultimately, i am passionate about what i do and i love the energy and challenges that came my way.
Pros: Competitive salary, advancement and further educational opportunities.
Cons: It is only as good as the people it employs.

Motivation learn from past events
Through my work experience, I have general knowledge Experience in MS word and Excel are required; knowledge of relevant policies and legislation; good organizational, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal relations. Ability to deal with confidential matters, work under pressure and work independently as well as in a team. I am eager to learn and respond well towards change.

I have established a career in which I always aim to contribute to the organisation in creating value enhancing long and short-term relationships and partnerships with my customers, colleagues and suppliers in a competitive and ever-changing business environment. This is where my additional and extensive training/education in the fields of procurement and supply chain through the global Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) have created an advantage and benefit for me, this combined with my gained experience in the field of procurement over time worked in different organisations and roles. I aspire to continue learning, developing and excelling in my chosen career path in a way that will not only allow me to reach my full potential and go even beyond that but also be equipped multi-dimensionally at any given task.

Great working culture and diversity
Standard Bank is honestly a great place to work because they are constantly looking to improve business measures in order to keep happy staff. The culture and diversity in the bank is absolutely phenomenal because diversity is driven and staff actually learn about each others cultures, religions and back grounds. I love working for the bank but if given a better opportunity i will consider leaving for growth purposes and for a better life financially.

Great stepping stone and learning experience
Company awarded me a great opportunity that I'll always be grateful for. I am happy and ready to move on to greener pastures as well as to evolve and grow, to show my expertise as well as learn some more. I believe I am a teachable someone with a love for people as well as providing great customer care. Everyday was a challenge one wouldn't be able to predict as dealing with people's accounts is tricky. My team and I were always on top of the ball and ever ready to assist one another and other departments ifevertheneed arose as we used all debt review work systems and knew them extensively.
