Good learning
It is a good company to work for. I had a great experience with the executives and also the staff. There are many opportunities available in order to grow. I learnt a lot of management and people skills. I enjoyed working with the people on the ground and we had a good bond.

It was a good learning curve
I loved working there as the hour were not long ,the stuff is friendly and management has an open door policy ,I loss learnt to work under pressure as it kept me on mi toes and in control,

Excellent learning curve
banking environment is relatively stable. There is an opportunity for growth in the long term. Culture is rather rigid and stuff Can progress and cover multidisciplinary areas. Enjoyed my time with SBSA

In my current role I have learnt negotiation skills, project management, time management, attention to detail and excellent communications skills. I have excellent skills in Microsoft office. I have excellent relationships with my colleagues, I can say we have developed a great team to work with.

Standard Bank improved my professionalism
I came at Standard Bank with very little experience, not being familiar with what it's expected of you when you're a staff of a massive financial institution. Today I am so proud of myself and what I have achieved over those years. The company made me what I am today, and the way I see things have also changed. Basically I am different person today as opposed to the one who joined the company more than 16 years ago.

The company does allow you to grow within if you're willing to learn and grow yourself.thear the Are challenges in every company it will depen on you how you build yourself.

Excellent working experience
I work for Standard bank as an account executive, my previous roles were, Business manager, account analyst, Float, enquiries clerk, receptionist and Bank teller. I have 11 years experience with Standard Bank . I work in Durban but I stay in Pietermarutzburg. I have got a B.Com degree from the University of Ukzn, prior joining the bank, I was working for an Accounting firm as an Accounting Clerk and Audit Clerk. I have been in.business banking for the past 7 years now. And I ha e work in Newcastle, Durban, Pietermaritzburg
