Excellent learning curve
Its been a wonderful experience to work at wns in a way that i have learnt a lot of things when comes to communication, time management, working towards reaching a target. The experience gained in dealing with customers who are in different state of mind has been an eye opener as one has learnt to be calm in a calm n be in customers shoes to be able to assist greatly and gain trust from customers. More of building a relationship with my customer through emails

I have an excellent working relationship across all levels in the division.
The company has over 10000 employees across numerous divisions. Ans an operations manager , one has to see to the learning and development aspect of your team in order to keep them motivated and in turn to improve their performance levels.

I can work under pressure,i have a very good relationship with colleagues/ co-workers. I've learnt to respect and love people and u will have a good relationship with colleagues,Know what other department are doing so that you can grow.I enjoy challenges,a workplace with lots of challenges.
