ITC Industry and Customer Experience Outlook
The current developments arount the Fourth Industrial Revolution and changes in the business models for corporations has prompted a great deal of employee development and skills changes. I have been trained in AGILE, Customer Centricism, Business Case Management, Communication, over and above these, technical skills such as SAP modules, Microsoft and others are constant skills improvement sets.
Pros: A place for personal growth in terms of skills and exposure
Cons: The industry is rigid in the intake of young talented employees. Average age in my department is 55 years . You can imagine resistence for change and aduptability challenges.

Opportunity for Growth
At clientele i was nominated as team player and or the year and i have only been working with them for 9 month, i am also thankful of the space i receive to be able to share my knowledge with my team members and being able to them to shaping their testing skills and also in return helped me to shaping my testing skills.

Excellent learning curve
Lungile is a resourceful (great at selling initiatives and obtaining buy-in from key senior stakeholders) individual as she worked in more than one Procurement portfolio and her stakeholder management skills have been seasoned over the years. Lungile believes she possess the key functional skills proven and put to test when it comes to change management and heading up cross functional Teams (internal support functions like finance [cash flow, savings &cost savings mandate], Corporate Affairs [sustainability &transformation “B-BBEE” mandate], etc.). I’ve sharpened skills that strengthens Supplier Relationships &Supplier Performance (delivery) which has led to her successes on delivering innovative winning initiatives she has implemented in the past at sensible risk levels with high ROI for business.

Exceeding expectations
Great company to work for. Excellent working hours. I worked well with my co workers. They were family to me. Typical work day was work work and fun later but work came first that's what I liked about Telkom. I miss my friends. I have learned a great deal about culture. Respecting one value working in a team. I enjoyed most was management level they respected us and always found time to talk to us. The most challenging aspect of my job was customers. Must be very attentive and rational with our customers.

Good learning curve

Excellent, learning
I am well trained in the following, customer service, front desk consultant, administrative and office duties. I am confident and have an ability to work extremely hard in any department within the organization. I am also willing to get training in order to achieve any goals should I be given a chance.

Excellent
A typical work day would be a fun day as well at work due to the relationship I've build with co-workers and random outings for promotions to boosts sales. I've grew not just in Telkom but in the retail industry on customer service and problem solving most importantly. What I mostly enjoy is a busy day of service that leaves customers walking out happy with a smile on their face, that makes a great productive day indeed. A challenging part of my job is when a billing issue or technical issue goes wrong of which bolds down to network or invoice issues which is can not explain at the end of day cause it is not within my field as I would be having a very angry customer in front of me.
