There's so much they need to change with the way the company is run,

Not a very good company to work for ,you are not treated equally due to favoritism at the branch I worked at.if they want staff who are willing to work they need to treat them correctly an assisted with problems instead off sending a report to the recruitment company you work for.what can be handled at store level should be

Excellent learning curve

we work 5 days of the week. we also work over time if required. we work as a team in an office enviroment. we plan the installation of metro ethernet equipment.

I am currently working for wns company doing telephone and mobile refunds at Debtors section.

Currently i am dealing with refunds to customers. I am working well with colleagues. I have learnt a lot from my current job. I also came with my experience from my previous job. I ENJOY working with different people because I learn a bit from each of them. The challenges are when colleagues are not in and don't have access to some apps and the customer wants payment that time.

Pros: learing to deal with different customers and more about cionfidentiality in customer
Cons: more long hours morespecially monthend when we need to submit the reports

Telecommunications and IT Specialists

I have work for forore than 17years on all big South African Telecommunications companies Telkom, Vodacom, Cell c and MTN. I have worked for two International Companies EppixComm previous known as LogicaCMG and Huawei Technologies. Being given this chance by Cellc as I worked there for 7 years under IT Billong and International Roaming. I will improve the companies Billing Operations.

Pros: In Operations as management we are available for 24 hours
Cons: 8:00 to 17:00

Good management

The company is very good and the management is also good , I wanna grow and I believe I can do so in another company . The growth level is very slow or it’s a never situation . Tried to apply for internal positions before but no luck .

Excellent leadership training

Very challenging job with deep sense of responsibility, ability to learn and offer excellent service. Customer oriented, clear thinking and accuracy in working with cash. I have learned to be patient and to accommodate my colleagues as they are and to put aside our differences as they can become a stumbling block to success. Working under pressure was one of the things that a person should accept based on the situation at hand. The challenging part was month end where the ques are long and you have to work alone and provide good service, capture application, test alarms, do stock, take payments and make sure you balance at the end of the day and sometimes you cant even take lunch until all people are helped.

Lungile is a resourceful (great at selling initiatives and obtaining buy-in from key senior stakeholders) individual as she worked in more than one Procurement portfolio and her stakeholder management skills have been seasoned over the years. Lungile believes she possess the key functional skills proven and put to test when it comes to change management and heading up cross functional Teams (internal support functions like finance [cash flow, savings &cost savings mandate], Corporate Affairs [sustainability &transformation “B-BBEE” mandate], etc.). I’ve sharpened skills that strengthens Supplier Relationships &Supplier Performance (delivery) which has led to her successes on delivering innovative winning initiatives she has implemented in the past at sensible risk levels with high ROI for business.
