Team player

Telkom Warehousing is one of the department you learn new skills every day you interact with customers in most times You also get chance to relocate without the department for example receiving picking and despatch so according to my understanding you will be able to master the whole functions within the department.

Excellent learning

Working envis great working with different customers and i am a team player but i do enjoy working alone,i enjoyed learning new tectics everyday from the bulletins. Working hours were more challenging because was spending less time with my family,especially on weekends

Telephones skills, emails,able to handle high calls volume and time management in customer service

I have learned that customer is always right, I also have learned how to handle an irate or angry customer, skilled in internet connections, such as broadband setup , emails setting, team work and contributions within the team, helping the co-worker, I have typing skills , I have learned to be patient and helpful and try to achieve the company's goal, I having a good relationships with co-workers , avoiding late coming and absenteeism and be a good performer to the company.
