I have great experience in sales and customer services experience
I would like to know as to how much salary I really need to get since I have been working for the company for the past 6 years . We sell mobile phones, lte services ; adsl and fiber services. It’s wonderful working for the company wonderful benefits; wonderful people we working with ; it’s a wonderful team. I have learned that when ever you get to work you need to leave your problems at home since work is our other home.
Pros: A lot of people wish to work for the company and it’s not easy but with me I’m so lucky o love the Crm system which we use to process the orders

Exallent enviroment to work
Review any planned work done the previous night, follow up on any operational escalation, management meeting depending on which day of the week-give feedback on any planned/emergency work done(successes/failures). meetings with tier/first line support one staff . schedule trainings/skills transfer. meetings with vendors weekly/monthly I currently work in a team of 10 (high level support)-great working relations with co-workers . have come up with inter-domain(technology) meeting once every month and its working great., this has helped me to learn or keep braced with or the interworking technologies within our network. I mostly enjoy challenges and leaning new technologies in the industry . the most challenging aspect of my job can just be singled out two one or two aspect, but I could say that trouble shooting any VoIP problem that involve third party interworking can be a hard nut to crack

Excellent team player
I'm an early bird, I like to start my day as early as possible. I work well with a team because I'm very sociable. I'm a good communicator, I always make sure I meet every customer demands. Telkom is a company that allows you to learn as much as you want, so I have taken this opportunity to grow, not just as a SAP Charm administrator, but I attended courses on Solution manager and ABAP to have a better understanding of my job, and to grow as a SAP person. I enjoy doing the technical part of ChaRM, configuring the system to meet the user's demands, but it can be challenging at times. The other challenging part of my work is the transport management, because one needs to be extra couscous when transporting to production systems. But other than that SAP is a great environment for learning and growing. I enjoy it every day.

telkom --team player always went for training and enjoyed helping customer,challenge when dealing with angry customer; monitoring customer network by using diferrent system, smarts ;bcc;unibase 'uip phones and telnet
