Excellent
A typical work day would be a fun day as well at work due to the relationship I've build with co-workers and random outings for promotions to boosts sales. I've grew not just in Telkom but in the retail industry on customer service and problem solving most importantly. What I mostly enjoy is a busy day of service that leaves customers walking out happy with a smile on their face, that makes a great productive day indeed. A challenging part of my job is when a billing issue or technical issue goes wrong of which bolds down to network or invoice issues which is can not explain at the end of day cause it is not within my field as I would be having a very angry customer in front of me.

telkom --team player always went for training and enjoyed helping customer,challenge when dealing with angry customer; monitoring customer network by using diferrent system, smarts ;bcc;unibase 'uip phones and telnet

Hard worker

Network Controller at Telkom, I work with diverse groups to provide network service to the variety of customers, manage escalations and to ensure customers get their required service on time as per their SLA (Service Level Agreement), necessary to execute a company’s strategy. I am hard working person who can work at own initiative and as part of a team. Problem solving skills, communication skills, Leadership skills and ability to encourage other people to achieve their goals. Am looking forward to work under IT environment

Telkom is a wonderful and challenging company with good prspects
My typical work day is to make sure that all the orders are done to the customers needs . I have a wonderful relationship with my co-workers. Telkom is diverse that has allowed me to grow in different departments. What I love about what I do now is that I get new cases that allows me to apply my mind and get a solution that will satisfy both the company and the customer. The most challenging part of this job is to make sure that everyone in the value chain .

Im hard working person at work the most funny part its when you must work underpressure u will find ur self having intentions when under pressure work is done so now u are happy with your managers making some jokes i lije working as group caze sometimes you find ur self not knowing something to its being easy to ask also to havr fun
