I am currently working for wns company doing telephone and mobile refunds at Debtors section.
Currently i am dealing with refunds to customers. I am working well with colleagues. I have learnt a lot from my current job. I also came with my experience from my previous job. I ENJOY working with different people because I learn a bit from each of them. The challenges are when colleagues are not in and don't have access to some apps and the customer wants payment that time.
Pros: learing to deal with different customers and more about cionfidentiality in customer
Cons: more long hours morespecially monthend when we need to submit the reports

A TYPICAL DAY:- START UP MEETING DAILY CHECK THE CUSTOMERS BASE ON EXCEL - THE TARGETS FOR THE DAY/WEEK/MONTH DISCUSS SALES TARGETS WITH THE TEAM DO ESCALATIONS AND FOLLOW UPS OF ORDERS FOR FIBRE/ADSL AND LTE DISCUSS BARRIERS CHECK THE COVERAGE MAP FOR FIBRE/ADSL AND LTE IN THE PORT ELIZABETH AREA RELATIONSHIP WITH CO - WORKERS:- GREAT TEAMWORK I ALWAYS SHARE MY KNOWLEDGE WITH THE TEAM WE SUPPORT AND ASSIST EACH OTHER WHAT I HAVE LEARNT:- I LEARNED TO BE PRO-ACTIVE AND TO BE PROFFESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES WHEN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS AND KEEPING THE CUSTOMER INFORMED OF ANY NEW PRODUCTS AS WELL. THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF THE JOB:- WORKING TILL 20:00 AT NIGHT - CAUSE THE CUSTOMER ARE ONLY AVAILABLE AT THAT TIME. THE TURN AROUND TIME OF INSTALLATIONS FOR FIBRE/ADSL AND LTE

Good sales and customer service experience
Check my emails for possible communication from the head office to convey to the sales team Check on the stock My typical day at work starts with a morning meeting with the sales team discussing store and individual performance. Doing follow ups of customer queries Tracking on sales performance coming in on a daily and weekly basis My relationship with co-workers is very good we have a good professional relationship I have learned a lot about leadership and managing different individuals I enjoy interacting with different people as I’m in retail so I get to interact with so many people Not getting enough support from line managers

Hard worker

Nice learning curve
The review of my work place, Running different project meetings, managing project dependencies and action activities. Good relationship working relationship with co-workers and project teams. I have learnt to treat all people with respect and have patience, because the people are the ones that can make or break your project.

Great learning curve
I am currently employed at Telkom Express. I have been with the company for a year and 11 months. Working here has given me a new experience to the customer service industry as well as sales. The staff make working here a pleasure as we are a close nit environment. There are some challenging days as there are different services we offer to both consumer and business. My daily job duties include but not limited to sales, admin, stock receiving,communicating with head office in regards to staffing and other staff process. I am also in charge of driving sales among staff and making sure there is minimum customer complaints. I am in charge of the basic running of the store that includes opening and closing of the store, cash ups, banking sending off reports to head office, complying information as well for head office. I have been given a opportunity to grow in the company in just 3 months of been with the company i was promoted from sales consultant to Store Assistant manager.
