Great learning environment
Fast pace intense, but good learning environment. Fairly political, but which space isn't. Good learning, but once you've learnt you can move onto something else.
Pros: Good learning opportunity
Cons: Fairly political

Excellent working culture
Currently left Tigerbrands with intention of starting my own business but things are a bit slow most influenced by Covid.Normal hard working with the team.98% communication with team gets a lot done daily.Always make sure that instructions are crystal clear and that eliminates uncertainty.Being part of a perfomimg team with efficiencies and problem solving.People as they are the most important part of running day to day there forever challenges and one needs a skill of people managemnt to cope.
Pros: Working for a big company listed in JSE with lots of Brands under the Tiger Brands.
Cons: The Milling Industry is a complex situation where there is pressure to deliver requiring one to apply one self even after hours weekedns and Holidays at times.

Im a very clever woman who believes in herself and knows her capability.
I work as a shift artisan, I've got a very good relationship with my colleagues, be it artisans, operators and everyone else involved since we all have one goal of growing the business.I'm the only woman in engineering and I wanna be treated as an artisan not a woman because I'm capable of doing everything an artisan can do.I enjoy the challenges that comes with being an artisan and how I always overcome them together with my team.
Pros: Vision and persistence
Cons: No December holidays
