Great environment to learn
Trade Activations on a daily basis. Both Modern Trade and informal trade visit. Product Launches if any new products are launched. I work very well with fellow workers we are team who are passionate about sales and want to grow the company. I most I enjoy about my work is that its dynamic and no two days are the same .Every day is a new challenge. ⁸

Great team to work with
I have come to learn how to work in a team in different team dynamics, water to learn angdubfbdjfb and be mentored. A very strong work ethic. The most challenging part is having to deal with difficult customers , but as time goes by you end up getting used to it, enjoying it and making sure a customer has the best shopping experience

Extremely challenging
No routines in place, no systems or standards in place. Difficult for older employees to change. Management not open to change or doing things differently. Poor growth opportunities. Poor communication.

High performance company with lots of learnings
High performance company with lots of learning. Its challenging and as a brand person it is much more than brand management. We are responsible for the profitability of our brands and urged to run with it. Part of my responsibilities includes strategy and brand plan ,Innovation and brand comms. I also assist our different bakeries meet profitability targets and ensure brand CI and innovation is executed seamlessly. We run innovation based on consumer insights. couching and teaching is a passion of mine

Excellent learning curve
It has taught me what Questions to ask before accepting a position . To first get the offer on paper before accepting a position . You get forms to fill in for training , but nothing ever comes of it .

Team work was the best weapon for every circumstances that we were facing.
My previous company was good to me because I've learnt how to handle different customers daily basis. We had the great team work with my coworkers. We were dealing with heavy stuff mostly and teamwork was a great weapon to overcome any circumstances that we were facing. I've learned how to to work as a team and how to work individual.

Good learning experience
