Great learning experience
I wored with a wonderful and hard working team, we were like family, doing our best to see the best and for the store to be the best. I have learned quit alot be it merchandise to banking to packing and being consistent. I enjoy engaging and assisting the customers, meeting different people everyday and getting to know them and help them with their style and of course learning from them.

I work in a company that want they are employees to grow emotional and professional . I work with a happy team I also make sure that I tell them there there is nothing impossible. And every employee must know what are the function or task of the other employee so if one is not at work the show will go on

Pros: I started working as a flexi,after a year I applied for a permanent post which I got.the opportunities are there if you willing to put in the effort and lead by example.
Cons: I would work long hours like 10-11 hours if there is a demand, I would volunteer to work extra hours because it paid me well.

Good learning curve
On a daily basis I am always busy since I work in a large store. Working here has its good and bad sides. The good side being the experience knowing how to multi-task, and basically being an all rounder. The bad can be the amount of pressure it is to always keep customers and managers happy also forever being tired as you are on your feet 8hours a day sometimes more.

Maintaining the companies image
The company that am working at it was my first job and I loved it because I learnt lot of things like rendering good customer services,working in team work,being punctual in time and also keep the standard of the company maintained cause am the face of the company. I've also learned how to push sales by helping a customer on how to match their clothing for the certain event they going to attend. I've learned how to build a strong team work and I also contribute points in situations that needs to be sorted.The most challenging thing I've ever learnt is to know how to handle angry customers whenever they querying things they didn't like

Greener pastures and innovative working environment
I'm hard working person, I always strive for excellence and open to new ideas. I'm currently a best collector and one thing that keeps me going is to connect with the customer and offer a best customer service at all times. I learned to be a team player and my communication n listening skills has improved a lot. We share ideas and my challenges is that I hate losing especially when my performance drops at work.

Working together as a family, product knowledge and customer service
We learn to work together as a team and more as a family because we are always together. We learn how to treat people in a well manner that makes them want to come back again and again, we ensure that merchants are well kept after and we can easily provide company knowledge to customers. We know the difference in our brands.
