Good learning Experience
Its a delivery driven unit, with fast pace changes. Excellent team work and collaboration between permanent staff and contracting staff. I have gained more knowledge about Identity and Management (Security Aspect) I have also gained knowledge about Privilege Access Management. I have also gained knowledge about managing Software Development Projects. I enjoy working with teams members with more diverse set of skills. Most challenging aspects of the the job, is working rolling out new application to different parts of the business, its challenging to get buy in especially from the networks and security team.

My day at Vodacom
My day at works starts with opening the Vodacom shop. The best part of my day is dealing with my customers. I have a very good relationship with all my customers. I deal with each customer query in a positive way. I have a good working relationship with my Co workers, we get along well and deal with any issues that might appear together as a team. I have learnt a great deal at Vodacom. I learnt how to communicate with all different types of people and personalities. I learnt how to deal with stress in a positive way. The most challenging part of my job is when there is a difficult customer with a problem and i get to sort it out for them, and they leave the shop happy and smiling. That is the part of my job that i enjoy most. Happy customer happy employee.

Not a very good company to work unethical, unstable and no structure
Not a stable company to work for No growth. Hours to long. Salary to little. To much deductions Take home salary is always less than what they offer

Moments of magic
The most incredible moment is when you have a very angry client walking in the store complaining and willing to cancelling the contract and then you listen to the need and change their thoughts and see the smile on their face.The most challenging aspects is when the system is off line and you have a huge que waiting for you and a target to reach and the is only few employees at work place . I always make show that I have a well organised file with all my clients information so even if I do not make it to work I can inform my manager and one of my co-worker to take over.I have learned that listening and dedication to your work pays.I learned not to judge and help all my clients because that client yo look down in dirty overalls is the one who will bring more money to the company and that positive attitude you bring to your work place everyday is out determine how your day will go.

Excellent learning experiences
Get paid less money while working long unplanned hours.with un planned shifts and relocation that they don't take note of the expenses we have.there is high poor communication .if out spoken you are threaned

Excellent project management skills
Currently working on an obligation project target and deadlines needs to be reach to a certain standard. The challenges we facing it’s when we get a vetted list of school of both ICASA and department of education to implementing a Vodacom solution where else there’s no network or the school it’s not up to date in terms of security or there’s already a similar solution from other telecommunications service providers. I’ve grown tremendously because i get to communicate with all the stakeholders from different departments involved in the project. What i enjoy most it’s when we launch a solution in a specific school how educators express them self toward the solution it’s amazing, heartfelt. I’m grateful to be part of the project it remains me how precious life can be and how many humble people are out there .

Goog Communication skills(customers service)
I sibusiso currently not working but previously i was working at Vodacom as consultant from 2015 to 2018 and admin.i have learned more under the retail company .i experience how to treat customers and how to deal with there problems if is necessary.my level service its up to standard and I like to share with staff,I like to improve the skills I have and I still want to learn more from them.currently doing public management at Oxbridge academy but is a distance learning.thank you

Excellent learning curve
It is a great environment to work in with wonderful people but opportunity to grow is limited as the place is too small and its a dealers so growing with the business is out of the picture

Great learning curve
We work from 9 am till 6pm per day. My job is just to sell things. In a store we are about 5 salesman who work on a monthly target. In store we work as a unit helping each other to achieve monthly targets.
Pros: Staff members are really supportive. And weekly incentives are rewarded for staying on track with your target
