I always exceed expectations in the role of a sales associate. I easily adapt to change; works well under pressure with a positive attitude and I am detail-oriented. I go beyond the call of duty by seeking out and following up on additional responsibilities, and contributes frequently to department meetings. But challenges I always encounter are numerous reports online from customers who have complained about difficulties in cancelling accounts and continuing to be billed after cancellation as that one is beyond my control but IT department after escalating payment.

Excellent time management
My role encompasses setting the strategic organisational projects together with engineering planning team and taking ownership of the strategic execution of these projects within my area of responsibility and /or business unit. Communicating the overarching project strategic objectives and the company’s values and vision. Keep the senior executive’s team informed on the important factors influencing the project, relevant trends that impacts future strategy and the operational plans and capital budget. Manage performance against project’s operational and strategic goals, ensuring that project activities comply with organisational requirements and legal stipulations. I am a motivated individual with specific experience in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications/Mobile Telecommunication Network infrastructure, Optic Fibre Cable routes build/Roll-out, civil works executions and IT industry/DCI infrastructure (ICT).

I am a very committed and a target driven personnel who always strive to win no matter how hard it is. I am a team player and a team leader who always make sure that task that has been assigned to me is completed on time and with great outcomes. Spreading my wings
I love working with people and have enjoyed my stay and growth at Vodacom but I believe its time to render and pursue a new job. I have been working for Vodacom from my days as a learner and believe its now time to explore what the world can offer.

Thought me alot about different work environments
working there feels like i am there for more that 5 years and i recently got transferred from cellc to there which showed me how different the two companies are and how well one works with who they hire.I enjoy working with people and that is the only thing that I love which is working with people and talking and learning new things everyday

Great experience
During my day at vodacom I was required to a few duties but most importantly sales,something I enjoy doing. It's more of art now that I have become familiar with the field . I'm a person that adapts easily to all working environments speaking and listening is one of my strengths .I'm also confident not over confident but approachable and friendly . I've learned many skills in all my jobs I've been in also managed to turn it to who I am today when it comes to work and my daily life . What I enjoyed most was helping people and also getting a long with the rest of my colleagues Difficulties would probably be a rotten apple in the work place or also difficult people

Best company to grow
monitoring states, fixing database, sending Job orders, attending meeting, attending customer complains, optimizing degrading sites, maintain the KPI, reporting alarms to relevant people, replacing equipment, drive testing the network, presenting my projects, working with the contractors on the site to ensure the site has no alarms,

More learning experience in customer care service
At Vodacom I enjoyed working individually as well as team, my team mates played a very import role in uplifting me to be the person I am yes there are challenges just like any other jobs.
