Good learning curve
Hectic Mondays, however happy Fridays, good relationships with peers, i enjoy tuesday meetings when we share what our weekend was like, i enjoy the company environment, the most challenging part of the job is dealing working after hoursood relationship with core workers

Great work ethics
Great work environment with excellent team leader, who have good work ethics .The is a good support system through out ,when the is so much pressure to deliver a excptional performance ,expected to meet daily objective .Freindly environment with great people. Flexible schedules .But not so much growth gew opportunities .The job is not that challanging its just customer service helping customer to fullfil their needs .

Interesting learning curve
I am looking for a career where there are opportunities for growth, further education and training. I consider myself as a hard working individual and, I am more than prepared to dedicate my career to becoming successful in the Information Technology field. I have always been fascinated with new and developing technology, which not only creates job opportunities but also contributes to making life easier for those in need. I do not want to make a name for myself only; I also want to be the great asset for the company I will be working for, by providing my creativity and willingness to go beyond my job description. IT has always been the driving force behind my work ethic and hunger to learn more especially to such gigantic company. In my two stints at Vodacom I have been privileged enough to have worked on two of their strategic initiatives. RT15 National Treasury Transversal Vodacom won the right to bring all governments mobile business into their domain. This involved an ongoing information campaign along with migration of the subscribers and empowering the departments to manage their spend. Together with our partners we successfully managed cost savings of between 40 and 70% eSim Network readiness To be the first provider to offer eSim capability has been one of the proudest achievements to date. So pull together so many partners, internally and externally for what will inevitably be a game changer in the industry. The most important factor in achieving success has always been the people. Such amazing and knowledgeable collegues make doing the impossible so much of fun Looking forward to one day rejoining the team

Excellent learning curve
I've learned how to deal with customer query. Customers confidential informaton and making sales. It was an excellent learning curve for me. Meeting daily targets and store target. I get along with my colleagues, we are a team and we strive to achieving targets. The challeges I face is when the store is not so busy and it's very quiet. When we don't have stock and having to send customers back or to another store due to that. I love working with people, meeting different characters and serving them to the best ability and giving excellent service.
Pros: Chances of getting promoted are very slim.
Cons: We work 8 hours. But the mall hours sometimes makes us to knock off late.
