Working overtime without overtime benefit
work long hours . up to 12 hours per day. dont get time off for overtime worked or extra payment to my salary for overtime worked nice staff members. chemchallenging had to basically train myself etc. learned about compliance in the workplace. hugee company. very customer eccentric

Good growth
Well Woolworths is a good company which let you grow in the company as an individual. Willing to empower individuals in growing them selves in the business or outside, it is an indeed a great environment they encourage team work among others which makes it easy to work hand in hand with others. I have learnt that as an individual you should not limit your self with opportunities. Must always take a risk because in that time it you find a greater sense of who you are and always smile, the most challenging thing in my job is that you always put a smile as soon as you walk in that door even if you going through some personal problems but what I enjoy the most is the training that we have during term that makes as grow.

Access to computer and also answering phobe calls
working at woolworths has been nice as an employee you get access to many things like doing orders for customers and also being able to know how to answer the phone and have access to computer

my job is to assistant customers at till the till point. we work up to 40hours a week and we go above and beyond for our clients. I work very well with people form different ethnic groups aswell as people with different personalities. I love mostly to work with people and to make sure I've met all there needs.

Excellent learning curve
I have been in this industry for a long time as such i am looking forward to work with you in taking your company in the next level. iam very aggressive especially when seeing the job running slowly coming in and going out the business due to the unpunctuallity of the staff

Making sure that the shop floor is ready for trade .expired stock has been removed from the sales floor by the team . Make sure that correct receiving process has been followed and accurate counts has been done by the end of day shift team and making sure that all customers quires has been dealt with effectively and efficiently .I also make sure that there a always full understand and commitment between me and my team on the tusks or on day to day duties and long term relationship between me and my customers .Maximise sale in line with budgets and minimising shrinkage or loss by communicating with planners team and focus on top selling line promotional line by giving enough space

Office administator
Team work is our first priority. Hand overs are done on daily basis. I've learnt to work with more than 100 employees with different atttibutes. Challenge is to assist each and every employee's request. Yet I have to do my general office work. I enjoy when I count the money from the safe and it balances..... staying focused at all times works for me.

New challenges
I love working at my current company the most thing that I like to do is HR payroll it is very challenging and I love doing things that challenge me. I have a very good relationship with my colleagues I always help them with queries related to work.
