Team work makes dream work
Im a hard worker who can work under pressure on defferent department and be flaxi to work day and night. I can also be in time at work to report on duty. I can also use buddy buddy systerm on other department.
Pros: good things for those who wait

Great company to grow within
Woolworths its a nice company where you can study and work at the same time but the hours can be so hectic sometimes,people are so friendly and easy to work with..when you work hard you get incentives and noticed

Excellent learning opportunity
My collective skills & experience over these years in the field of logistics Include but not limited to experience in middle management /supervision, with good technical skills, interpersonal skills, operations management and ability to manage diversity, good customer service experience and can do well under pressure. I ‘m enthusiastic, I have a logical & analytical ability which is important for this role capacity. I’m currently enrolled for a diploma in transport management in university of Johannesburg to enhance my knowledge and experience academically in order to lead in the industry.

Am good in Customer services I was doing it for More than 5-6 years working with customer helping them and make sure the get why they want always they must be happy with the service and make sure have smiling in your face so that they also fee comfortable to ask help or anything they need in the business.

Great experience
I learnt to be friendly with our customers greet them with smile help them with their shopping made them to feel at home at Woolworths we like family and everything is being done by the book no favors I gained a lot within the working environment

Excellent customer care and service
Very energetic person,vibrant,hardworker and very passionate about people and friendly person Dealing with different people everyday is what I enjoy the most because of the field that am in,helping,assisting and solving our customers is what motivates me always.The most challenging part is not being recognized when you put your all effort to your job

It is a very positive area with a great opportunity to lear
Everybody knows what they do in this place,they always busy and during their break they all come together and converse with each other.We have a very close knit relationship and we care a lot about each other.I have learned a lot about Supply Chain and now have the knowledge of how the products are transported from foreign countries right up until our stores.My best moments at work is when my learners are in class and we debating on various topics which help us gain more knowledge on different aspects.The challenges we face is sometimes the support from upper management which is not efficient enough for us to use new methods of learning which are more advance

Energetic and great learning experience
People in this business are very passionate about what they do, no one day is the same at woollies and literally its an experience of a lifetime. The pace is very fast you have to be able to think on your feet at all times - the challenge is explosive. I work with very friendly people which makes everyday at the office very pleasant, the working hours are extremely long The most challenging aspect is being a young black female in such a high level position for such a great company, its part of the thrill of the job more often than not.
