Pros: I have learn so much in the company to a points that I was left alone for three months to run the office while my line manager was off sick.I took initiative and audit come and everything was fine

Excellent learning curve in terms of excellent customer service
I have learned a lot as we get trainings on providing excellent customer service and product knowledge which makes it easier to serve customers smoothly.

MAGICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
I GOOD TO WORK AS A TEAM,IT MAKES COMPANY TO GROW FASTER AND I LIKE TO DO MY JOB IN PERFECT WAY WITH OR WITHOUT SUPERVISION AND I LIKE TO GO EXTRA MILE IF I CAN SEE THAT DAILY PLAN WILL FAIL.I LIKE TO GO FOR OVERTIME IF COMPANY NEED SO. THE MOST CHALLENGING TIME IS WHEN WE HAVE SHORTEG OF STAFF SO I HAVE TO WORK FAST AND COVER THE JOB

Good
My day starts at 9 am and I nock of at 6pm. I need to check emails, any new information that is sent from head office, check if all my access are still working and check if we are not offline. I need to be at least 15 mins before my shift because I won't be able to do all this if there are clients. I deal with difficult customers and very understanding ones. I need to take a tea break and lunch break sometimes that is impossible depending how many people are scheduled for the day. We are only four in my department so me and my team are very happy to work together I can cover their work and they can dk the same to me if maybe I cannot finish or if its them that can't. Managent is fine what I love the most is we have more than ten of them I can speak to any one I like about my job.

I've grown in short space of time in Woolworths because thy s values that the company emphasize to staff to live them so that the vision and mission s achieved

Great company to grow within
Woolworths its a nice company where you can study and work at the same time but the hours can be so hectic sometimes,people are so friendly and easy to work with..when you work hard you get incentives and noticed

It's great working with and meeting and learning from different kinds of people.
I love learning new things, wehther be it about the job role i work, people or how to improve my efficiency. My primary daily objective is to ensure staff as well as management are paid correctly for their time and effort. Acurate float control of up to R100000 is a diligent duty. Control of stationery and canteen supplies is one of my roles. I respect my colleagues and peers and understand the dynamics of work and personal life as well as where the two meet. I've learnt nothing goes as planned, but to always keep my eyes on the end objective. Problem solving is one of my strong points I enjoy meeting and working on such challenges.
Pros: The effort put in by employees is recognised.
Cons: The salary is a major downside

Results-driven and action-orientated individual
I am a disciplined, results-driven and action-orientated individual with an assertive drive towards task accomplishment and with a sense of urgency in reaching my goals. I am able to put pressure on myself and others to perform, am highly disciplined and set expectations for myself and others and can produce results in accordance with schedules, policies and procedures.I have a high level of personal responsibility and accountability and take great pride in my work and everything I do. My drive and sense of urgency is therefore tempered with a concern for quality, efficiency and accuracy. As such, I am wary of mistakes whilst demonstrating an awareness of time constraints. I make informed decisions and closely monitor and track the execution of tasks delegated to subordinates.In teams, I present as a private individual with little interest in small talk and my energy is primarily focused on my work.

Traning of role of ops.dock leveller training
I enjoy my work and i have good working relationship with co-workers and customers.it made me learn alot and am still lerning on customer expiriance and how to drive sales along with health and safety
