Excellent learning curve
I have NQF level 4. Been in retail management since 2009. I'm willing to relocate. I need 4 weeks notice. I run the perishable and long life department. Manage shrinkage and wastage. Ordering and receiving processes. Stock management. Managing and implementation of promotion. People management I open and close the store. Do end of day duties at the cash office.

Good as well as it being a learning curve
Great being at work on normal days and have great and excellent relationship with both superiors and colleagues and what i have learnt in the company is to behave in a professional manner, adhering to company policies and procedures and that the core of the business is customer and as a result i have gained a lot of experience in customer service. What i enjoy most in my company is offering assistance to both internal and external customers to ensure smooth operation of the business and the fact that it has made a huge impact on personal level as i now live the company values. The most challenging aspect of my job is handling a difficult customer but i therefore managed to come to terms with it and to always maintain professionalism.

Fast learner and hard worker
I'm always 100% compliant on my work and we the best operations team in Eastern Cape. My regional Manager Gérard Bason knows me well too.sContractors are one of the things that I work with. Sea Scorecards and Contractors registers. I have been working with OHASA (Occupational Health And Safety Act) and I am well trained with Level1, First Aid and Fire Fighting. Services with Contractors like Nova, Kone and Climate Control.

Results-driven and action-orientated individual
I am a disciplined, results-driven and action-orientated individual with an assertive drive towards task accomplishment and with a sense of urgency in reaching my goals. I am able to put pressure on myself and others to perform, am highly disciplined and set expectations for myself and others and can produce results in accordance with schedules, policies and procedures.I have a high level of personal responsibility and accountability and take great pride in my work and everything I do. Great atmosphere,with amazing different people with different cultures
We do a game plan before every shift to get to know each other better and Areas where we can improve on and everyone takes a concern on other employees well-being... Great company to work for but less growth

Working environment
The company ensures the safety and security of its employees. The employees are the companys first priority. Training is provided just in cases of emergencies so that the employees gain knowledge of whats expected in times of emergencies
Pros: Theres lot of growth in the business. Opportunities are there and you get to learn a lot from it. We have IPMs where they measure Performances according to job title. Thats where you speak to line manager and explain where you wanna grow in the store.
Cons: The hours are reasonable depending on the shift we working

Retail Operations Manager
A self-motivated Operational manager with over 16 years of experience in the retail industry.
