Fast learner and hard worker
I'm always 100% compliant on my work and we the best operations team in Eastern Cape. My regional Manager Gérard Bason knows me well too.sContractors are one of the things that I work with. Sea Scorecards and Contractors registers. I have been working with OHASA (Occupational Health And Safety Act) and I am well trained with Level1, First Aid and Fire Fighting. Services with Contractors like Nova, Kone and Climate Control.

Team worker,Great thinker
Working at there its very nice they welcome you like you are family,you learn something new everyday.Everyone is nice but then it is juat a typical working day were you go to work and just wanna go home.I have learnt to belive in myself,what i enjoy most is just seeing my work space clean

I was exposed to many departments which made the understanding of what is expected of me as a merchandiser much more broader than what meets the eye, I rely on each one's process and tasks in order for me to complete my own daily tasks, which meant working coherently and effectively with teams and individuals.

Im a fast learner and not lazy to work
Im a people person,believe in Team work,and positive attitude, do opening and closing check daily figures order stock so availability are always in place , do daily counts to keep my stock losses low,i love to motivate the staff so we also deliver awesome retail experience

Woolworths is such an accommodative company that doesn't leave out their employees stranded, it teaches an individual on how to to serve customers with excellent customer service and moral self dignity. I learnt how to treat customers with care as they are the ones that rise the sales of the company. The most challenging part is meeting difficult customers that fail to understand whatever current situation it may be. I enjoy communicating with with customers on a daily basis, as being bubbly makes my day 10 times easier and fun, without a smile, nothing goes right

I have ability to work independently and to take own initiative. I can work under pressure but still managed to do my work. 'm fast learner and willingly to learn.I work as hr administration.deals with different types of leaves.capturing leaves.capturing working schedules for employees.making sure that employees signed their attendance register. Doing payrollfor the employees.switch board operator transferring calls to relevant department and doing admin general.doing orders on oracles
Pros: I have learn so much in the company to a points that I was left alone for three months to run the office while my line manager was off sick.I took initiative and audit come and everything was fine

Treating people with respect an always smiling
everyday was a opportunity to see an meet different people customers were the best cause they know us an notice everything my work relationship with my co workers was a challenge at first because i did not have any friends or anyone to be social with expect the lady who was training me at the time , i learnt to speak up when something is not going okay , i enjoyed the fact that i worked for myself it thought me independence , well the most challenging part was working extra shifts due to being short staffed it was a lot of pressure for me but i managed to work through it
Pros: we were given opportunity to grow with the business only if you worked for a period of months
Cons: hours were not so great

Weling to learn
i am enjoying to worker, and am willing to work as a team, i learn lot of jobs from other co-workers, i also enjoy learning more and share my knowledge to others, the challenge that i met is when i met different customers.
