I hereby wish to apply for the position that is available. I strongly believe that I would be of great assistance and help, as I am a capable, young and energetic person with unlimited knowledge always willing to learn, relevant and favourable qualities to perform the job competently and effectively. I am an ambitious, goal-driven person who is intelligent and diligent. I am good at problem-solving and tackling problems head-on. Furthermore, I believe that my skills can play a vital role in your organization. In addition, I am certain that I can bring positive changes to your organisation by coming up with innovative ideas, only if I am given a chance to prove myself. As an extension of my inclination to analyse everything, I intend to analyse my actions as well. I have National Diploma in Retail Business Management and I also have B-tech/Honours in Project Management at Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

I am an eager learner, work enthusiast and reliable young man. I am willing to be an asset to the organisation that will grant me an opportunity to showcase my abilities. Flexible hours were challenging and having to learn some of the things on my own. I had to think on my feet most of the time and report the situation later to the management to avoid making excuses.
Pros: I started as a cashier but left as a controller, because I didn't see myself doing the same job for more than two years
Cons: Having to start working at 02:00-11:00 was challenging but I got used to it because it trained me to become a manager

Working experience
Working for Woolworths taught me lot of things like to be loyal to customers and that integrity is very important in a work place. I have met amazing people whom we teach each other lot of things.

Excellent learning curve
My job I loved cause I was committed and smart, hardworking lady and also trustworthy but honest about anything or everything so for me it went well and just the fact that they failed to pay out our Overtime but I loved that type of job cause it made me confidence and dedicated to work and communicate with other's

A good environment to start a career for matriculants
My daily routine include scanning and packing products for cus to Merseyside. And communication with customers all day. I have learned to deal with difficult customers. The working environment is good. My colleagues are always there for each other. They help me when I need their assistance. I enjoy watching on the office doing administration training.
Pros: Promotion is easy to get. All you have to do is use their system to apply for promotions.
Cons: The hours are normal

Good communication between staff and management is very frutful
I know how to open the sorore and close. I enjoy working with my staff as we all have good friendship they always need me whenever they find any complication cause I dont take them in other I help them in a good manner. I know how to process all orders, how to visuals stork due their event eg christmas demo , new year, braai etc. I have the following skills communication, interpersonl, verbal and writtern, computerise as well as listerning
