Excellent learning curve

Printing and planning the work for the day. Assisting manager with daily meeting with staff. Setting up staff for work. Making sure staff completes their daily tasks. I can work well independently or in a team, I get along great with people and co-workers. I learnt to motivate people and take pride in what you do. I enjoy stock taking and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the warehouse. The challenging part is sometimes disciplining the staff when they broke company policies.

Fast learner

Working with customers it nice , selling my work it the most thing I like, even though it challenging sometimes cos I have to deal with difficult customers but I always make sure thath they're setisfied.. with cousy

I have learn to work in other departments

Department in Operations and Customer Service. Ops mgr Im looking after all the OHASA. I look after the staff in both departments recruiting and supporting their career development. I'm experiencing in other departments Admin and salesfloor. I have learn different departments, I learned to work with people from my different backgrounds. I enjoyed sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues and staff. Challenges are IT system error I can't fix internal.

Determined and willing to go an extra mile

My work day would be along the lines of being productive at work at all Times My relationship with co workers is important and we should be able to recognize each other and we should withstand the ground together for strong team work, we plan our daily activities or duties and deliver I have learnt that a store or business will function well only if Assistance is key in your team and helping each other grow also helps the strategic development of my skills and grows the business or company too I enjoy being available to customers and being able to deliver their expected needs and wants when shopping. The most challenging aspect of my job is when you have less co workers to pull the strings when you are busy with something more important and theres no one to to deal with the one that is urgent.
