A typical work day A typical work day at daffodil usually starts with a short informal meeting over coffee. We discuss our work complleted and in progress, challenges and possible solutions to technical issues, and technical training required to expand our expertise. My relationship with co-workers As a small team we got along very well, because the environment was of such an exciting and tough nature we had to rely on each others strengths to progress. What i have learnt What i enjoy most the most challenging aspects of the job

Day to day running of the admin office and cash office

Typical day is answering phones ,check if all the staffs clock in and out are correct for the previous day make sure there are enough supplies for breaks make sure each manager have a shift template for all their staff to do changes if needed capture changes ,phone supplier to check when items will be in store. Check Give floats to cashiers and drop at the end of the day run back office log a call if there are transactions hanging

Pros: Gain knowledge in various departments
Cons: Hours are long and no time for your fam8ly

Woolworths is a great company to work for it teaches4you about Value, intergrity where by you need to collaborate with your colleagues to reach a common goal which is to provide good customer service and provide customer's and provide memorable moments

Great place to learn work the hard way. But not my choice of work

Typical work nught. Fair relationship with co workers. Lesrnt to over see variious service provuders. Challenging aspects are maintaining safety of all staff. And store alarms

Good worker and multi skilled in various department

I ihave worked for the compony for more than 14 years and have managed more than 30 staff member. Ialso train a lot of staff including management and I was also and important member in my store while working as a coordinator

Im willing to learn what ever new.

I have call centre certificate and i have ten modules in information technology from unisa.im working at woolworths as a cashier, data capturer and receptionist.i have one year experience.im willing to learn anything new.llike to work with other people i dont like to work under supervision cause im a hard worker as long as you shown me a job i know what must i do.

Pros: i like to know my job very well. i like to know the job of the other department.i like to learn something new every time

I love my job

Good learning curve work relations could be better I enjoy working with customers under customer service and over the phone If I was to criticize it would be about the "usual" customers who come to harass the stuff always looking for a mistake to report or for discounts

Pros: They have staff training now and then and also quarterly incentives

Good

What I don't like about woolies was an early morning shift to but woolies is not that bad cause we learn everything about retail the give us opportunity to express our feeling about work we doing
