It it has taught me alot things and I'm great full to have worked there. I believe my customers service experience has had a big impact kn my life and i can take it further in my woek place.

Day to day running of the admin office and cash office
Typical day is answering phones ,check if all the staffs clock in and out are correct for the previous day make sure there are enough supplies for breaks make sure each manager have a shift template for all their staff to do changes if needed capture changes ,phone supplier to check when items will be in store. Check Give floats to cashiers and drop at the end of the day run back office log a call if there are transactions hanging

Great experiance
its a great company to work for the benefits are worth it yet the salary is small. The work environment is really educational numerous work shops every now n then.

Good learning experience and exposure
Working at Woolworths is great. The company gives a lot of learning opportunities with which one can utilize in order to grow within the company. The company also offers great benefits, such as funeral cover for when an employee dies and they pay out at least R20 000 to the employee's family. The company also offers help for people going through personal issues, giving them counselling and helping them create coping mechanisms. Overall, working for the company has been a great experience.

Am a hard working woman who is willing to archive a better future
In my job I have been experience hard ships at time and met all kind of people with different backgrounds n attitude with a average management place where no one cares about how u feel where everybody is there to work and go home and get paid end of the month

Learnt organising,planning, leadership skills
My typical working day Reports Filling Human resource and finance I get along with everyone,I have a good relationship with my colleagues as they always wait for me to solve their problems I have learnt a lot as Woolworths is my first job,cashiering, supervision and administration I enjoyed working with external and internal customers their queries and solving their problems. Challenging:Absenteeism as I have to work around and plan schedule in a very short notice

I love my job
Good learning curve work relations could be better I enjoy working with customers under customer service and over the phone If I was to criticize it would be about the "usual" customers who come to harass the stuff always looking for a mistake to report or for discounts
