The company was allway clean on time we have make sure dat the customer where satisfied all the timewe make sure that during every season we make sure of proposition and sale at tha time

Leadership skill
I am Itumeleng Moalosi, matruculated in 2009 Furthured my studies at PC College. I hold a one year HR Certificate. I then enrolled Diploma in Accounting Technician( AAT) at Central University of Technology and still in process. I started working as a Customer assistant, currently I am a store administrator at one of the best retailer in the world, Woolworths. I am Computer literate,have communication,leadership,interpersonal skills. I am a hardworker,dedicated,focused person as well as an experienced team player.

1The growth is very slow it takes long to get where you want to get ,however it's a good company it's just that the process is fast but the growth is slow

Cons: Depending on the store the hours get cut down to 28,you don't get more than 28 hours its strictly 28 or 32

Great working with people. Excellent working relationship with staff. Drive development. Challenging industry. Very volatile, uncertain and complex. Must be hands on and fanatical about detail. Values based leadership. Store culture of caring for each other and staying connected and inspired.Service is a non-negotiable aspect of business and success.
Pros: Service and goal driven.
Cons: Limited promotional opportunity. Not everyone lives by values.

M woolworths don't have stories when it comes to payment and they pay you according your hours woolworths when you report before they gave you the day you are asking for bt when it come3to family responsibility they gave you the time to go home but when you camping back you must bring the proof of certification

Learning journey at my current employer.
Working at Woolworths for almost 4years has been challenging but very educational. I work shift ,at first it can be challenging but very enjoyable when Time goes by, with the help of my colleagues I have learnt a lot of things regarding working with people, and to deliver excellent customer service at all times, as it can be difficult to work with people. I enjoyed to know that I am helpful to my customers and to see them happy for my services. Days are not the same at work but what I like is that I make sure that I learn something new in every situation, every day.
Pros: Great opportunity to grow your knowledge in retail.
Cons: Early morning shifts and long hours
