Good experience taught
Really showed me I can take on any challenge. It surely built courage in learning more about whatever is around me. I believe once u get to know what you want to do it becomes a learning curve for you in that particular thing. I'm now observant than before. I learned to let learning take it's course so even if you meet a new challenge I can do more than expected of me alone.
Pros: I feel I'll be a good asset to your company.
Cons: 6-6 even overtime and overnight I'm available

Good worker and multi skilled in various department
I ihave worked for the compony for more than 14 years and have managed more than 30 staff member. Ialso train a lot of staff including management and I was also and important member in my store while working as a coordinator

Good management, I've learnt alot of customer services skills and it has boosted my self confidence
I have good relations with the customers conversion to the stuff the most challenging part is customers caring for stuff and complaining about certain things but all in all the work is great event self-confidence and more fluent in English

Great customer service at all times
We worked as family It was always a good day even though it didn't start great at the beginning because of personal issues but once u at work you feel the love and good energy around I enjoyed working and meeting new people every day and solving customers problems and giving them the best service making them leave with the smile was the ultimate The most challenging part was dealing with a customer that refuses to understand

Good platform for growth
Early morning team talks basically outlining tasks to be taken out for the day. And we call it let's talk. It includes a coordinator receiving a truck of fresh and long life products, aligning people to their respective departments allocating starting and finishing time and lunches then floor works. We work as a team and we always listen to one another, make sure we meet deadlines at all costs. The friendliness of the environment and the amount of resources as well as senior colleagues are in my disposal for growth opportunities. At times I find it challenging to be productive with negative thinking from fellow colleagues but I tend to make sure not to pay attention to such situations or behavior

The staff is very nice, worked 7 to 10 hours and with overtime and working shifts till 8 or 9

Learning experience
Working at Woolworths it's a very exciting experience, working under pressure,doing multiple jobs at the same time You get to learn more and more about product knowledge everyday

The most challenging thin at work
Mi like working at Woolworths as a company everyday is not tje same thers always something new and i like it it give me energy to wrk u do t just drive or operate your machine but also help other departments out like picking cycle counts offloading of containers yi have never seen

Great experience about retail
I love working with different people because you deal with various personalities from different people coming from different backgrounds. Retail is most challenging because customers treat you like nothing but you have to keep your cool and remember that a customer is always right.
