I have learn to work in other departments
Department in Operations and Customer Service. Ops mgr Im looking after all the OHASA. I look after the staff in both departments recruiting and supporting their career development. I'm experiencing in other departments Admin and salesfloor. I have learn different departments, I learned to work with people from my different backgrounds. I enjoyed sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues and staff. Challenges are IT system error I can't fix internal.

The working environment was good but the Management's manangerial skills we because we're weren't encouragd to train for higher positios and we were discriminated against gender re poor

Fast paced enviroment ,dealing with a diverse staff compliment of 40 and over 50 suppliers daily
I have a staff compliment of 40.We are responsible for receiving and dispatching of equipment.I have an average of 40 suppliers which I service on or during my shift.I deal directly with suppliers and internal customers. You will have your machine break downs, I.R issues and telephonic and administrative tasks.
Pros: Company with great values.
Cons: Not much opportunity for growth.Structure is quite flat.

Excellent learning curve
A typical work day is like any other days because I am always at work and I enjoy my work very much in the extent that I never complain even though I am always at work. My relationship with co-workers is very good I get along with everyone in my work space which is what makes me unique because always smiling and friendly with the people around me. I've learnt that working hard always brings good results and opportunities that is why I always work hard to prove that I am a good fit for the position. What I enjoy most is getting to know people, getting to learn new things each and every day. I also learnt that working as a team produces good results and more profit to the business. What I enjoy most is being able to help people with whatever they need in that specific time. I also enjoy being around people being able to forget about the world and it's challenges. Working environment
The company ensures the safety and security of its employees. The employees are the companys first priority. Training is provided just in cases of emergencies so that the employees gain knowledge of whats expected in times of emergencies
Pros: Theres lot of growth in the business. Opportunities are there and you get to learn a lot from it. We have IPMs where they measure Performances according to job title. Thats where you speak to line manager and explain where you wanna grow in the store.
Cons: The hours are reasonable depending on the shift we working
