I have learned that I do really enjoy Admin
. I really enjoy working for the company even though the salary is not satisfactory but opportunities for growth are endless and you have to be self motivated in oder to reach to a certain level. Working hours are always long and sometimes up until 21:00 and sometimes there is no transport and d management sometimes makes it way too hard to get ahead in the workplace

Excellent stepping stone
Working at WoolWorths it has helped me to grow to in the texture style industry, helped me to understand the customer needs and expectations, how customers react to to good or bad customer service, they have many opportunities to grow within the company, as for the hours are suitable, for a working mother, working student. The management understands the different cultures and different personality, they allow their staff to express their own views with no fear, that they might be stepping on someone toes. The management are educational driven, always support good initiative, they paid to fund schooling and the benefits are so nice.

Good company to work for but the is no chances of growth as a person or a worker in their company
It's a rotational shift type of work and we work 7.5 hounds a day We get along with our senior management and as workers we work as a team with our colleagues I leaned time management and the use of rd scanners I enjoyed our way of doing things with our managers we work as a team with our colleagues
Pros: No chances of growing within the company
Cons: half day and 4days a week

Good Culture
I brief my team on what needs to be done for the day and what will be launching this week so we will start preparing for the campaigns or special events I check what ever decor comes in and compare it to the brief we mm get from head office my relationship with my co workers are great as I would relieve them when ever they are busy or when they go for breaks or if there are a shortage of staff they would chat to me bout maybe my staffing assistance I have leant a lot as I have the ability to work not only in my department but in others areas as well e.g. Customer service clothing and home and foods department as well I enjoy assisting all around what's most challenging is when there is not enough cover in store one has to spread the little staff you have but because lots of staff is signed off in more than one area and that is an advantage but challenging coz if they not available then it means you need to level down but I don't mind

Excellent learning area
It's a very good place to work in,you get to be well groomed and being thought to work in a team,the staff us very friendly,you are given many opportunities to develop ur self and get to learn new different things,they have thought me how to follow company rules and stick to them always,

Excellent learning curve
A good working environment. Colleagues are very helpful. I enjoy assisting customers with different brands in the beauty department. Challenges we experience a lot are difficult customers and working during holidays
