I have learned that I do really enjoy Admin

. I really enjoy working for the company even though the salary is not satisfactory but opportunities for growth are endless and you have to be self motivated in oder to reach to a certain level. Working hours are always long and sometimes up until 21:00 and sometimes there is no transport and d management sometimes makes it way too hard to get ahead in the workplace

I'm a good team member and a fast learner and a good listener and a humble person not drinking always on time, neat and clean good with communication good with customers

Excellent learning curve

A good working environment. Colleagues are very helpful. I enjoy assisting customers with different brands in the beauty department. Challenges we experience a lot are difficult customers and working during holidays

I would like to get away from this retail hours as i don't get time with my family.

I would like to get away from this retail hours as i don't get time with my family, like church and family outings. Time with my husband and kids.Earn a much higher salary and provide all my kids needs, like school fees and all else. Like to work for a company where growth is important and equal and fair to all

Opportunity to grow

The management had a good relationship easy to communicate with.....some few seniors were abusing their power which made your working space unpleasant and very distractive

I've gained experience in HR Administration and recruitment as well as commercial duties.

It is an excellent company which offers it's employees a lot of learning opportunities. Most opportunities are available in bigger cities though, as an individual l would also like to grow in depth as a manager.

Learning journey at my current employer.

Working at Woolworths for almost 4years has been challenging but very educational. I work shift ,at first it can be challenging but very enjoyable when Time goes by, with the help of my colleagues I have learnt a lot of things regarding working with people, and to deliver excellent customer service at all times, as it can be difficult to work with people. I enjoyed to know that I am helpful to my customers and to see them happy for my services. Days are not the same at work but what I like is that I make sure that I learn something new in every situation, every day.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow your knowledge in retail.

Learning curve

I work 4days in a week , we work as a team each and everyday ,I learnt more about sales and promotions ,I enjoyed meeting with different customers with different challenges , working hours are less which gives me a financial challenges .
