personally, i have no problem with the company. its a great company to work for, there are lots of opportunities for growth. as any company, there are a few hiccups here and there, but nothing damaging to the company or the way the employees would perceive it. on a typical working day when we don't have an influx of calls, there are minor issues that the clients have for us to resolve. there is so much that i have learnt with regards to the finance industry, when i was at school i had little/ no interest at all, but now i find finance to be challenging, yet exciting at the same time. i dont make a habbit of becomming too attached to co-workers, but i do work well in a team. my co-workers are supportive and make a long day go by faster.

Excellent growth and learning curve
Best foundation any employee needs to start getting into any industry. Capitec Bank has groomed me even more, made me cope even more under pressure and showed me that nothing is impossible. Computer literate
It is exciting company to work for and we learn new things on a daily basis. I have excellent relationship with co-workers. I have learnt that i always have to take ownership when dealing with client. I enjoy dealing with client both telephonically and face to face. The most challenging aspect of my job is to work night shift.

Excellent learning curve
The company believes in its employees, we are all given fair treatment. The only thing worrying me is that you can get dismissed any time and working hours are a lot.

Good chance to learn and improve myself.
My days include a lot of problem solving and giving clarity to clients, we always ask for assistance and encourage each other with such issues. Working as a team to meet targets and provide the best possible service, the most challenging and yet enjoyable part is meeting targets and pushing sales.
Pros: I get to interact with a lot of different people and enjoy seeing them satisfied.
Cons: sometimes I can do anything for a client and have to disappoint them.

Client service,filling, admin work
where i am currently working its a different field from what i have studied for,but it has been an amazing year, i have attained a banking certificate which enables me to be a qualified sales consultant able to sell,best in client service, filling and admin work, writting reports,dealing with fruastrated clients and all different cases, i enjoy doing my job and always going an extra mile, i have the best team work ans good working relationship with my line manager.

Good entry to banking
Not a very good company to work for people in branches are okay but too much agendas and politics to get ahead especially from management My time there I learnt good management practices but it was never put into play its all about who you know and how much sales you can make

Excellent learning curve
I love working long hours. I appreciate working with people I love working with people helping customers . I have to learn that working with people should be patient and confident even motivated. I enjoy most talking and helping people ..challenges is that sometimes people can be rude
