Good chance to learn and improve myself.

My days include a lot of problem solving and giving clarity to clients, we always ask for assistance and encourage each other with such issues. Working as a team to meet targets and provide the best possible service, the most challenging and yet enjoyable part is meeting targets and pushing sales.

Pros: I get to interact with a lot of different people and enjoy seeing them satisfied.
Cons: sometimes I can do anything for a client and have to disappoint them.

Customer service experience

I work well with my colleagues as well with my management but the challenging part is long hours and its pretty hard to grow or you have to be there longer in order to be recognised in the company. I work well with my clients, the response i get from them and helping them sort out their problems if asked too.

Development t and learning opportunity

I truly belie Capite. Offers great opportunities for young people to develop and create a career in banking industry. I spend most of my day interacting with consultants ensuring service is upto standard also resolving clients complaints. I enjoy the environment with the people I work with. We have a good and healthy relationship with the team. The most challenging part is when it's not possible to assist someone either because they don't have proper documentation or they are just difficult.

Good learning curb

It's a lot of work, target based all the time. You must give an answer when targets not reached even when it has been a quiet month depending on where your branch is located. You are also required to do telemarketing, obtain referrals from clients that are considered quality clients. Then do follow ups on those referrals. When required you must go assist other branches if they are short staffed, out of your own pocket.

Eager learner and willing to take up any challenge.

A typical day at office would be to have a start up meeting, motivating and encouraging my team of ladies for the challenges of the day, learning from each other the obstacles of the previous day. Discuss the stats and production requirements. Whereafter I will go to my emails to ensure that all complaints received are investigated and detailed feedback provided. Liaising with other departments and external vendors and provide feedback within the agreed SLA's. Ensure that all reports are submitted on time and with accuracy.

How to deal with pressure on a day to day basis

I love working with people am a born to be a leader.I have strong opinions and I don't mix business with my personal life I strive for perfection I don't rest till I get an award Am a pusher at what I do and I and a good learner

Learning curve,challenging

A typical day at work includes long hours on calls with clients. Scheduled breaks and lunches meaning you do not have lunch at the same time everyday. Relationship with other workers is ok but minimal as we are always busy with client's on the calls. What I learnt the most is to work with clients as I had never worked at a call centre before,as much as I have never worked on a customer service job. The most challenging aspects of this job is the shifts as they can be scheduled till 10pm at night(latest shift). Night shift,aswell as no off weekends. Long hours on weekends aswell. What I enjoy the most about this job is making a client's day with assisting them. Challenges are being under staffed on month end when there are system issues
