Stressfull because of the targets and long hours
the targets are unreasonable especially for a seasonal branch and the hours are too long especially on the quite days.Rest days are controlled by the required need meaning that u don't get the days u want but the days that are available.
Pros: great team members

Excellent learning curve
I love working long hours. I appreciate working with people I love working with people helping customers . I have to learn that working with people should be patient and confident even motivated. I enjoy most talking and helping people ..challenges is that sometimes people can be rude

Good leaning daily
I am computer literate, friendly, a team player and work well under pressure. My duties were making sure that all the branch admin is up to date and filed accordingly,the branch is running smoothly and all clients are served within the specific time, train new recruits which i enjoyed the most,working with different characters and having to make sure that they all aim to reach the same goal was interesting and challenging. I take ownership and see all challenges to completion.

I'm a goal oriented individual who strives for excellence in every department if my work. I also have a strong willingness to learn coupled with a student mentality, so with me, there is always room for improvement. I love working towards a deadline as it keeps me disciplined & on my toes. I love working with a team to allow for different ideas and also faster development & growth.

Monitor and drive company image Manage the Company procedures and process and drive it in the region. Drive the values of the company.

Something new
After 20 years doing development I am looking to do something new. I like working for my current employer and the people but I would like to start something new. I prefer something without standby at night. I enjoy finding bugs and that is the reason I think a testing role would suit me.
Pros: Close to home.
Cons: Long hours. Standby is very bad.

Learning curve for better jobs out there
working hours long and with few days off and lack of promotion, all I want is to get something better and gain more experience and showcase what I have, I believe I have more to offer and the world can see the best thing that I have and what I can be able to do to change the world for better for all

Great stepping stone to better myself and to get an idea of what my passion is
All administration duties regarding Capitec Bank's policies and procedures. FICA and NCR rules and regulations. Support with operational effectiveness/efficiency. Ensure client service standards are met and upheld. Deal effectively with client calls in the absence of the BM or when the BM is occupied in the front of the branch. Manage resources in the absence of the BM (includes staff management). Mentoring/Buddying of new employees (particularly during site assignment and apprentice phase) Actively support the BM with continuous improvement initiatives/actions, and provide input into coaching opportunities. Equipment maintenance and reporting of equipment problems. Serving clients 50% of the time. Contributing to the branch sales targets. Monitor and drive TTS (Time To Serve) and TOS (Time Of Service) to deliver a unique service experience. Sales calls and telemarketing calls to inform clients of new products and new available offers to them. Cashier duties and cash handling.
