I am looking for a job that will challenge me
I was hired as a CSC where i was a floor manager for 10months. The job requires 1 to be very energetic and have best customer service. Decipline as you have to keep the balance between your consultants and your clients. Due to dedication and passion with hard work i was promoted to be a service consultant. This is a very challenging job as there are targets that have to be met every month as a sales person. I do telemarketing, assist clients with their general banking enquiries. Data capturing and general office assistance. Because i still work hard and put in my extra effort. I was developed to be a second in command. I do office admin such as loans review, card stork . Give consultant mandate to grant loans and open savings accounts. I am a teller as well which requires one to be very discipline as there is cash involved. I have since met all my targets and never missed a month since i became a service consultant

Excellent learning curve
Its a good environment, work well as a team, have continuous learning, working long hours, limited company benefits, prepared me In terms of work experience, how to work with different people everyday.managing other people's finance and helping them make sound decisions

Gained alot of experience
I have been working at Capitec bank for 7 years now, will be my 8th year in April. I have moved to 3 different departments while working there, so I have gained quite an amount of experience, like call centre, to customer service, adminstration work, dealing with client complaints, investments and lastly auditing. The reason for me wanting to leave is there is no real growth at my current as in moving a level up, it will always be collatoral moves. The other reasons is that there are no benefits, and staff gets treated quite poorly. However most stay because of experience and being in there comfort zone. My work day consists of 10hr work day, and me auditing about 350 to 550 financial transactions daily. The transactions done by almost all departments within in the bank.

Assistant Branch Manager in training
I normally run a branch alone when both my managers are away for a day or two. Handle all difficult clients and employees and attend to all client queries. Have an excellent working relationship with my employees and employers.

Continuos improvememt
My strength is in developing my Sales pipeline strategies so as to meet and exceed my Targets, I was in charge of 25 branches in a huge area with 21 individuals reporting to me, so planning was important as the area was too big. I am currently working for Le Morgan as a Sales Branch Manager looking after 48 Sales Reps

Transparency around the work space
-getting along very well with team my team members, -self management taking responsibility of my tasks/ work. -taking calls from branch service consultants -confirming fica documents, unlocking fixed term savings plans,escalating fraud incidents,stopping clients lost or stolen cards,linking card on the system,correcting early debited loans, drafting payed up letters. -making sure a call is resolved first time within the allocated time.
Pros: working for the number one growing bank in the country.

Great
The Company has taught me a lot about working with precision under imense pressure, thingking on my feet and solving high stress tensions, complains and queries from dissatisfied clients of all kinds and has really made me a service consultant champion that can thrive in any other client service related industry

Opportunity for growth
I believe, in working strategically and working smart. My career took off in 2002 when I started my journey with Capitec bank as a service consultant, I worked my way to an assistant branch manager and to my current position as a Branch manager. Some of the skills I have learnt in my journey, is training and learning development as I was awarded the opportunity to co-facilitate and conduct training programs. I have also had an opportunity to be an acting regional manager, which edified my business acumen and leadership skills.
