Great company to work for, with all the experience I gained for all the past years
I like the ups and challenges that we face on daily basis, and when a client walks out with a smiling face, regardless of whether their needs are met or not. Working as a team to achieve our individual budgets as we work towards one goal as a team, it makes the working invironment so good. Being able to take responsibility and ownership from my actions makes me realise the growth in me from all the years in the company.
Pros: Great opportunity to stand in for management wen I'm needed to do so.

Learning is key
Very busy but always learning everyday since we work with people. Working with people also teaches you to be a better leader as you have to adapt to different personalities everyday. Seeing that you team works as a unit and happy at work. Working with people who do not have team spirit.

Challenging and fun
Open at 7:30, prepare for the meeting held for 15 mins, this is to review the previous day and discuss the learnings for the day as well as the plan for the Day. Then complete the admin for the branch, complete reports required, which could include calling clients, attending clients complaints and planning day offs for the team. Learnings - time management, prioritizing, delegating and discipline towards my work. Most enjoyed working with people and learning how to manage my own work. Challenging part was managing people, different personalities but had to ensure we all move to the same direction

Selling extra services to clients, business loans, New business accounts. Still learning but have fast knowledge in propert maintenance and also marketing sales, retail and merchant services. Something new
After 20 years doing development I am looking to do something new. I like working for my current employer and the people but I would like to start something new. I prefer something without standby at night. I enjoy finding bugs and that is the reason I think a testing role would suit me.
Pros: Close to home.

Scrutinizing bank statements,id's,payslips and proof adress
Being client centric at all times,giving best service,time management.The ability of accuracy and attention to detail when dealing with documents.The knowledge of the product is put at best practice.Calculation of receipts and expenses.Computer skills and knowledge must be applied at all times.

Great environment to develop people skills.
My day involves a lot of face to face interaction with clients and that has been of great assistance in learning how to handle different types of clients and dealing with customer complaints. The way that the office/branch has been laid out, promotes a lot of interaction between the employees and that has gone a long way in creating a productive team environment. There might be a few things that still have room for improvement, like company benefits and development strategies but that will improve as time goes on.

Great learning experience
Very great opportunity where one learns so many skills beyond just money matters, it's a mixture of lifestyle, discipline, honesty, social development,administration,accuracy,effective and efficiency, team work,trust,just to name a few.

Cons: Long hours, dishonesty or carelessness can lead to one being listed on REDS which one won't be able to work In any financial institution anymore.management can make your work life hell if they don't like you.

Excellent learning curve and it teaches u discipline
I have a great relationship with my co-workers in the sense we motivate each other and share ideas on how to perfom better to reach our targets as a branch. I learnt to be independent to take ownership about my work and be responsible.
