Learning curve. It skills me a lot
The company skill their employers really well. They are dedicated to their clients and always look for ways to improve their service. They take ptoder in.their products abd how they sell it. To better their client and potential clients' live by banking better si they can live better and also to make better financial choices.

Discipline and client care
you stand all day long, great team members, the branch environment is depressing and only suitable when you only have matric as if you have a degree you would feel depressed doing the something that don't even require you to think.

Was nice to deal with many different people
Nice company but poor management, poor salary and no care about staff and how they feel about thier work and work expectations. They also do not give credit where it is due.

Quickly adaptable
Company is great however the work ethic is inconsistent from the head down to operations. The management hired goes through training but the training provided is not used as it was learned.

Wonderful experience
A beautiful job always on your feet. Meeting new people. Helping them live better. Awesome team work. Creating relationships with the clients and employees. It's a huge family. Enjoy the fact that it is a happy environment. There are bad days when u have difficult clients but always helping them solve their problems. When you help someone it makes you feel good. Client service is very important in an industry like capitec bank.

Excellent growth opportunity
I started working for my current company soon after university. It's a great company with great room for growth; and innovation its one of the fundamental cores. I have gained a lot of experience working for the company as well as the actual meaning of being client centric.
