Excellent leadership development
Capitec bank takes tome to invest in their peoples skills development. The benefits are good and developed annually. Emlloyees are developed in a way that leaves them multiskilled.

Hard working

Quickly adaptable
Company is great however the work ethic is inconsistent from the head down to operations. The management hired goes through training but the training provided is not used as it was learned.

Excellence learning curve
I am responsible for providing excellent client service by fulfilling and exceeding the clients expressed need (Save, Transact, Credit and Insure). Accurately and timeously, gather and capture client information for loan approvals and conduct deposit/enquiry transactions. Responsible for maintaining skills, knowledge and competencies in order to sell Global One in the interest of the client. Personally contribute to establishing a heathy environment by contributing positively towards the building of respect, trust and teamwork. Take responsibility for developing own skills and knowledge (self- learning) via all applicable channels, such as e-learning and TLS.

Not worth it
Long working hours No growth, everyone is an agent (they call it a call centre so that they dont have to pay you much) Very little perks (infact, only R375 for medical aid if you have any) Bursaries for those who qualify.
