Good support system for growth and promote equity

My last employment was at CCI call center in Durban my first time in the industry, I learned a lot working in teams and supporting each other during our trying which we also applied in the work environment I enjoyed myself. The company had lot off growth opportunity within the existing employees , the only challenge for me working hours worked from 2mp to 2am and i was writing my final exam of my marketing degree for that reason I had to leave

Good Environment

I am a reliable person self driven and bubbly. I have work as office admin for minimum 8 months and i do have Computer literacy and good communication with people. Working in the office is my dream job so that am applying for this position as a receptionist.

Not the best place to grow

Terrible growth structure for people that want to progress fairly. Only those that have friends in higher management progress and fail later on due to poor judgement by their peers.

Learning new things daily

You deal with difficult customers every day and learn how to exercise patience and control. A typical day is trying to please every unsatisfied customer who calls and trying your utmost best to solve their query. We support and rely alot on each other as colleagues to get the job done.

Can work well under pressure, always efficient and pro active loves challenges im always willing to engage in orienteted activities, would prefer to work normalhours and no weekends since im a part time student.

Th working conditions are good

The hours are too long for the pay im receiving and the job is stressfull as im dealing with clients that arw mostly calling because they are unhappy so the job isnt as easy as moat people make it out to be but i jave learnt to best deal with pressure under different circumstances

Good experience

It's a very nice working environment with good people in place. people that have helped me with my job discription in many ways. I and the co-workers have had a good working relationship with no arguments at all. I have learnt that hard work pays off and that anything can be achieved as long as one is prepared by all means. I enjoy the environment of the worplace.

Excellent learning curve

Through contact centres, valuable information about company are routed to appropriate people, contacts to be tracked and data to be gathered. It is generally a part of company's customer relationship management .
