Learnt a lot about customer services and the importance of accuracy and discipline.

A typical work day would be when customers require us to match the deals they have been offered by our competitors. My relationship with co workers is always good as I am an open minded person and do not act rational, I respect the work environment and understand that we all came here for one thing and should try and work together to achieve out common goal and that is getting the job done. I have learnt so much this includes being discipline and managing time correctly, most importantly taking my job seriously and meeting my targets smoothly and with a smile. What I enjoy the most is seeing the good result of what I have done, like for a example getting a good feedback from the customer or my superiors it give me satisfaction that my hard work has paid off. Most challenging aspect of a job is having to prove yourself when being compared to others I am able to work with a team or by myself but being compared to someone els can make you feel worthless sometimes.

Customer service based contact centre, fun, diverse dynamic environment. Its exciting meeting people and respecting others from different walks of life. At times it can be challenging to motivate my team so that they are alligned with obtaining and over achieving targets which essentially put them in a better place to provide for their needs.

Excellent learning curve

CCI has been a great company to work for. I have had a great experience with the industry and I am very proud of experiences and opportunities that were given to me.

It was an awesome experience

There was a Learnership included. The work place was a home away from home, managers were more like parents to each and everyone of us we were also more of brothers and sisters. Challenges I would come across would be customers, it's ain't easy dealing with so many people but through the proper training we've received I would objection handle it very well.

Nice learning experience

Working at Cci has given me a chance to learn how to manage time, my co-workers are great although we are a large number we get along. I think the most challenging part is making sure you reach your sales target for the day but it's good motivation to work hard and to dedicate myself to my work

Bieng a sales agent tought me alot. it was challenging at first but i was able to adapt.

i am a good sales oerson and also getvalong with people i used to like talking to customers i learned to be patient and my team leader used to say i am a smart worker i also enjoy bieng around people

Learned to work and multitasking with different people

Working at a Call centre is very challenging beacause everything is handled over the telephone assisting Customers with patience, what I have learned is that I don't have to take everything personal customers says because sometimes customers can be harsh but assist them with a smile, what I enjoy is when I assist customers and hear them thanking & appreciate how helpful I have been I am Willing to grow within this company.

Great learning experience in call center

Enjoyed it very much just that was on international campaign so hours were hectic but not available as soon a possible. I enjoyed working their just that their was no growth and also their was just no relationship with other staff members the environment was not conjusive you would never be happy to be at work.

That I can always do better

Management is amazing when it comes to they employees,staff treats eacher with respect.I have learnt that every employee is important.I enjoyed the activities we use to do as a team.It was challenging to move from one campaign to another one

I have work under pressure for preveous company.

job is all about fabricating installations. typical things are the shot cuts because of performing work every day. relation with team members makes job to be done quick because there is a good communication. I have learn many things for instance to squar a 28inc pipe.
