Excellent learning curve

Ive worked at CCI for the past 7 years with different shifts a 5 day week including weekends public holidays and no December holiday .i would love to get a job that entitles me to a pension fund, 13th cheque and December holiday .I enjoyed my job at CCI which as given me alot of benefits and comforts in life ,but i would like a change .I learnt alot of advanced computer skills CCI as also allowed me to finish a learnership course NQF LEVEL 4 .

Good

I wouldn't say much but then I enjoyed being part of the family, it really gave me alit of experience in the past Two years & I'm hoping to grow in the sales agent

Retaining customers

working at this company is decent place where everyone is friendly .working a 9 hour shift is tiring but very easy to accomplish.i have learnt to respect everyone as they are enjoy being around different people from different back round

Stepping stone

It's an excellent company I've learnt alot of things about the call center environment the company trained me well to be an customer agent also given us a chance to show our leadership skills when managed was not in work

Excellent learning experience

This has built my career. I have been offered many opportunities to work with. Bee in in the industry for 13 years has taught me alot. I have been a sales trainer for many years and I have a passion for teaching people and learning about new products and services

Great place to start your career

I take inbound calls and make outbound calls with the aim of retaining UK customers. I also write notes of what I've done for the customer. I also sell better packages than what the customer initially has.

Currently working as a Technical Support Agent at CCI.

I have recently graduated for my third year studies in shipping Practices and Ships Operations and Freight Forwarding Customs Compliance. I also have a certificate in International Trade NQF 03 and a certificate in Freight Handling which include warehousing and distribution cargo Handling, NQF 04 in Packing, Handling and Securing Freight. Allocating freight for packaging and grouping. Receiving and dispatching freight, and handling freight returns. Freight Forwarding processes and procedures and Operate counter balanced lift truck. I have sales and and marketing experience as Junior Sales Executive. I currently work at CCI for Talk Talk the company from UK as a Technical Support Agent.

Wonderful experience and development.

Cci is a global management consultancy. Our main focus in Cape Town is to develop products to sell/implement at Supply Chain and Manufacturing organisations. A typical day would involve continuous improvement of processes and also personal development. We are always learning and growing with a focus on creating high performing individuals. I had a good relationship with all the staff as my role would involve discussing and communicating with all departments. The thing I most enjoyed and learnt while working at Cci was that while we achieved a high performance percentage we were constantly interrogating our processes and improving personal skills and attributes. The most challenging aspect of this position and working at Cci was to find the right work life balance, because you enjoy learning new things and often find yourself so engrossed in a task or module you tend to work late.
