A dynamic company with a vibrant, youthful and energetic culture.

A typical work day would involve a laugh or two, new information and encourage on the importance of relaying relevant, honest and transparent information to customers. Service quality and expectation is high as adherence to national and international consumer and business laws is constantly taken into consideration. The biggest challenge is having to work in such a macro-environment everything is constantly monitored and you have to constant update yourself on new business processes. I enjoyed that aspect as it informs daily adult interactions. All in all CCI gave me the gift of work ethic. Taught me multi-level communication and the importance of business processes that work.

Pros: Opportunity for growth, multicultural communication opportunities and a fun and vibrant working environment.
Cons: Long hours, decline in renumeration

Excellent learning curve

It a good job, the only thing I'm not ok with is their salary nd the hours but the rest is all good,team work training and other things they perfectly fine no complaints

Excellent,fast paced environment that has lots to offer

I am grateful I have a job but I continue my search for an above average salary as there doesn't seem to be growth or recognition any longer. I've been at CCI over 13;years and it's sa there the legacy staff get no recognition for their loyalty

Opportunity for growth

We sell entertainment it is a great company to work for but thr working hours and the night shift is a bit titing..they have a lot of opportunities for growth and its an internanational company.

A perfect entry level job for a graduate.

Great entry level job with excellent work environment the perks are confusing. Odd hours and pay don't match especially if you're a bread winner at home.

Excellent learning curve

I would say working at CCI has taught me the good and bad side of the corporate world, I have learnt that as an employee of a big company like CCI ,you need take ownership of the business brand, you need to represent the company in a good way, also put your self in the shoes of the customers when they call in with regards to the company's bad service, I have also learnt to multi task as we would simultaneously talk to more than one customer.

Excellent working experience.

Excellent working experience. The people I work with are team players ,including the management. I have learned to work with people and understand their problems and solve them to the best of my ability. Some of the problems I encountered were,because I was working for an American campaign/company, some customers complained about not hearing my accent and would therefore tend to be rude. However, with the experience I have now, I was able to do my job properly and thoroughly.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotions
Cons: Doing a job for 6 different departments and get a basic salary equivalent to a non multi-skilled agent
