-Working at this company is great mostly when it comes to it being the biggest contact centre in Durban. there is growth as there is a stepup programme, this programme deals with employees who have more than six month experience in the company this enables you to apply for any senior position available, however there are tests,training and interviews that one goes through in order to be the right candidate for the job. -A typical work day is everyday doing the same thing over and over again is exhausting, as i love to challenge myself do different things and see where my strength lies -What i've learnt is to communicate effeciently with our clients and customers from overseas, i can also say my computer skills have developed -My relationship with co-workers is great as i get along with everyone, we learn and teach each other new things everyday. Work related or personal, but we in it to grow and develop into better case managers and individuals.
Pros: there is a step up programme which one can apply for when u have been with the company for 6 months upwards, great attendance and have encountered no warnings in the time you have been in the company.
Cons: the hours are too much when you earn that much, 10 hours for 4000 is not reasonable at all

Excellent learning experience
The working hours are too long and felt that was being under paid. Working at CCI gave me a chance in getting to work well with different people as the company has a large number of employees. It was challenging having to meet daily targets.

Great communication skills
The working environment ia great. We work as a family and also help one another to deliever great services to customers as a team. The worst experience is understanding the customers aince I was working for a UK campaign.

Good learning experience
It is a good platform for new job seekers to learn,and the incentives are good it is also a good environment to grow you get to learn more of different types of people and you learn to blend in with groups and your team,they have benefits of a medical and also have a driving School if you want to learn for driving if you working night shifts they have a night shift allowance there are good and bad days sometimes your day starts with a very angry caller but you learn how to deal with things like that day by day, what is nice is that as a team you are allowed to have birthday partys bring nice stuff to eat and play music.

Excellent employee
Currently managing a team of managers that are responsible for 91 employees and we pride ourselves in staff engagement above all. Living the companies four pillars and bringing them to life in our everyday working lives is what most of my team catch ups are made up. The pillars are #OnefamilyOneDream #PerformanceThroughPeople #WantToWorkNotNeedToWork #PartnershipOfChoice. I have an amazing relationship with my peers, director, direct reports and frontline staff. I've learnt everything I know from my current employer in terms of business accumen, sales management at a senior level and loads more. I enjoy working as a team and achieivng goals together. I dont have any challenges aspects of my job as I have learnt to identify opportunities and work on self develooment

Learnt a lot about customer services and the importance of accuracy and discipline.
A typical work day would be when customers require us to match the deals they have been offered by our competitors. My relationship with co workers is always good as I am an open minded person and do not act rational, I respect the work environment and understand that we all came here for one thing and should try and work together to achieve out common goal and that is getting the job done. I have learnt so much this includes being discipline and managing time correctly, most importantly taking my job seriously and meeting my targets smoothly and with a smile. What I enjoy the most is seeing the good result of what I have done, like for a example getting a good feedback from the customer or my superiors it give me satisfaction that my hard work has paid off. Most challenging aspect of a job is having to prove yourself when being compared to others I am able to work with a team or by myself but being compared to someone els can make you feel worthless sometimes.

Customer service based contact centre, fun, diverse dynamic environment. Its exciting meeting people and respecting others from different walks of life. At times it can be challenging to motivate my team so that they are alligned with obtaining and over achieving targets which essentially put them in a better place to provide for their needs.

CCI has been a great company to work for. I have had a great experience with the industry and I am very proud of experiences and opportunities that were given to me.

It was an awesome experience
There was a Learnership included. The work place was a home away from home, managers were more like parents to each and everyone of us we were also more of brothers and sisters. Challenges I would come across would be customers, it's ain't easy dealing with so many people but through the proper training we've received I would objection handle it very well.
