NoPpor communication skills Poor Management I don't think the Operation managers have matric Nonsense workplace No reward for your hard work Their services are rubbish, customers are always complaining about the rubbish services We keep apologizing for the rubbish services they are proving Now we are required to keep a positive 5 nos in order to get the incentive If you get sick you don't get it

Excellent learning curve

My experience with the company was very helpful gained excellent knowledge and excellent communication skills although it was not enough salary the environment was a fun place to work in

Lack of transformation

Poor treatment of employees, no regard for human rights.. Management does little to protect employees from harassment and do not respect the employees.

Co-workers are awesome however, the management Work overload and the amount paid does not correspond and so there’d be issue regarding payment of overtime

Excellent learning curve

I am able to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis. Good working environment, fast paced environment with so much growth

Fast paced environment with vibey people. Growth is limited but available. Has good incentives. Suitable for young youth who are willing to learn and work in teams. It has helped me alot and provided good guidance
