We assist customers with their phone service such as add and removing of products e. G extra data. We empathize and treat customers in the best way possible. It may be hectic but with the right colleagues and energy everything turns out to be a good fit

Excellent learning curve

Every company has its own pros and cons but what I can say is that what I told myself I wanted to achieve I did achieve it. So all in all it depends on you weather you self disciplined or not.

Excellent learning experience

Long work hours We are a tight close family I've learnt a lot about being able to stay calm when faced with a difficult customer/client and try by all means to assist them in the best way possible I do enjoy the incentives that we get.

Work environment not healthy, hours are unrealistic

Thethe company is great however the management makes it difficult for one to work there. It is not healthy and dowsnt allow one to grow , mentally. There is no opportunity fir growth in that environment and the work we do is really not as easy as management claims to be

Excellent learning curve

I would say working at CCI has taught me the good and bad side of the corporate world, I have learnt that as an employee of a big company like CCI ,you need take ownership of the business brand, you need to represent the company in a good way, also put your self in the shoes of the customers when they call in with regards to the company's bad service, I have also learnt to multi task as we would simultaneously talk to more than one customer.

I enjoyed the challenging aspects of solving customer complaints

O ly a year I've worked at CCI but i've learnt quite a lot when it comes to customer experience . Also I've managed to learn some new skillset like phone skills

Good team engagement. Learnt to be more responsible & time efficient. Enjoy engaging with people.

Good company to work in, great opportunity to further develop and grow. Great place to build good relationships. Working hours are good but salary is not great. Do more for less pay. No commission or incentive.

Excellent learning experience

Long working hours Co-workingers are fun and active I’ve learnt a lot about call centres and being an agent I’ve enjoyed working with the people I’ve been working with until COVID 19 happened The challenge I’ve face was the working hours

Good

Decent company to work for. there are not alot of opportunities to advance but it was solid work for me.The company needs to do more to train they staff and provide better opportunities to the employees. salary as well needs to improve especially for the long hours worked
