Lack of transformation
Poor treatment of employees, no regard for human rights.. Management does little to protect employees from harassment and do not respect the employees.

Excellent learning curve
Call centre environment is a learning curve, I have personally learnt hence I was straight from High school and did not know how labor environment in general works. Working in a call center has taught me how to deal with alot of pressure, how to work as a team to get the work done but most significantly how to service customers especially having worked in an international campaign

Great
It has been a great experience and has taught me work ethics and I am very grateful for the opportunity. It has taught me to work long hours, to be a great team player. Although it was not the Job I had dreamed off but I am grateful for the experience and the opportunity.

Learning curve and experience
How to be I am a Subject Matter Expert, meaning that I assist the newly employed staff with the system and how to face the Cal's received and the queries. I assist the team leader Nd take over h n the team leader is not available or on leavea leader
Pros: You gain experience when working with diverse characters from colleagues to clients. Room for growth, disciplin and motivation

I'd highly recommend this to anyone who wants to take sales to another Marketing level.
CCI has given me an opportunity like no other by improving my computer skills. Well I've always surrounded myself with positive people. That just brings about a good aura around me. A typical work day for me would be communication/ listening skills, a good laugh and good food to relax my soul. My relationship with my coworker's was good. We treated each other as equals, we were more like a family, we had an understanding for one another. I've learnt that you can become anything you put your mind to. Hard work changes you from a 'Nothing to a Something'. CCI is no company like other, it's classy, elegant and disciplined. The most challenging aspects of this job is that you have to learn how to multitask, which is quite challenging. The exciting part is that it teaches you all about the business, there's no secret to success except for working hard and gaining more knowledge. The power is always in your hands.
Pros: There's always great opportunities in the CCI Sales industry, if you know how to sell well and do your job accordingly and your punctual at all times, than your as good as any manager in the marketing field.
Cons: You work hours long drastic hours your productivity schedule of the day should reach atleast 12 hours.

I enjoy working because the campaign I work for is an inbound campaign the reason I am looking elsewhere is because I'm looking for a day shift work night shift gets a little hard over time
