Great first job
I work for a UK based company, so we are dealing with people from abroad only. The call centre that I work in is a very busy, exciting hyped up environment. We had to learn to cope with different people with different personalities and also how to behave , walk and talk in a corporate business. As much as it is a Call centre there and many rules and certain ethics that have to be followed. I enjoy the excitement of dealing with something different everyday. Not one day is the same. I would say the extra long hours and the shifts, also you don't see the day with working hours from 14.00 to 12.30. And all weekend so not much of a social life. I have learned to work in a team and on my own and also to accept people's different personalities and get on with people from all walks of life

Growth and development in the company how ever not many benefits for the long hours
Going on the dialer not as easy as it seems u have to be loud n energetic even at late hours work colleges were a pleasure to work with they were always friendly and kind difficult part was hitting target and ensuring we saying everything but over all it was good working in cci

A great stepping for my future
Cci us a greatplace to work in teaches me how to handle different kinds of customers which wll help me in the long runin the shipping industry,and its a great environment to work in and you get to learn new things everyday .the most challenging aspect of my job are the hard customers but i have learnrt to be in firm control of those situations

Exellent in learning and a keen hard worker
My relation with workers was great Alot of team work Learning alot of educational general knowledge I enjoyed the working life experience I have more knowledge now it does get abit challenging to make a sale

Fantastic experience
I think we are a great team of professionals at CCI, we work well together and we always try and assist the newcomers, we are a team after all. The dress code is formal, in this job you have to speak professional hence important to look the part.

I loved my job, there were no pressure from my manager,I performed very well.I was then promoted to Inbound Mobile and sims.I was taught to the best.I had a great manager.I was a top agent. Then I was introduced to Tv and Fibre it was difficult at first but i learnt it having an excellent Team Leader on my side.Then I was taught Upgrading and renewals.We then received new .With co-workers i received a lot of love and respect.I learnt new things all the time.I enjoyed talking to different race and culture of people. The negative thing about this job-There was favoutism when it comes to promotion. Only certain agents can be promoted.Unfairly selected.60% of the top agent has resigned, they were moved to different company were they can be appreciated.20% were dismissed in 2016.

I enjoy coming to work the enviroment is homely the people are nice
Every day we deal with customer calling in for their insurance whether to add on driver refunds or taking up the insurance or just updating payment details or any other thing, I have a good working relationship with my manager and my colleagues its a friendly working environment open door policies, what I enjoy the most is when we go off for collaborations to skill share gain knowledge of what we can do better developments and strengths.
Pros: There are great growth oppotunities
Cons: trying to meet daily targets and staying consistent
