Exellent in learning and a keen hard worker
My relation with workers was great Alot of team work Learning alot of educational general knowledge I enjoyed the working life experience I have more knowledge now it does get abit challenging to make a sale

Fun and energetic
I loved working at CCI house the staff is caring they treat each other with so much respect and they treat like you are family no matter what ever problem you have they help you get through it the night shift was kind of challenging

I loved my job, there were no pressure from my manager,I performed very well.I was then promoted to Inbound Mobile and sims.I was taught to the best.I had a great manager.I was a top agent. Then I was introduced to Tv and Fibre it was difficult at first but i learnt it having an excellent Team Leader on my side.Then I was taught Upgrading and renewals.We then received new .With co-workers i received a lot of love and respect.I learnt new things all the time.I enjoyed talking to different race and culture of people. The negative thing about this job-There was favoutism when it comes to promotion. Only certain agents can be promoted.Unfairly selected.60% of the top agent has resigned, they were moved to different company were they can be appreciated.20% were dismissed in 2016.

I enjoy coming to work the enviroment is homely the people are nice
Every day we deal with customer calling in for their insurance whether to add on driver refunds or taking up the insurance or just updating payment details or any other thing, I have a good working relationship with my manager and my colleagues its a friendly working environment open door policies, what I enjoy the most is when we go off for collaborations to skill share gain knowledge of what we can do better developments and strengths.

Excellent customer service is my strong point
I work in a team of 10 monitored on individual performance. I work on a calls to sales conversion. The environment is good its permanent nightshift but its nothing different to any company working during the day. Im a 2ic I work hand in hand with my manager to monitor overall team performance and develop and upskill existing agents and new recruits through coaching sessions.
Pros: A permanent job
Cons: Once you become a top performing agent its difficult to be promoted or move to another campaign

Fantastic experience
I think we are a great team of professionals at CCI, we work well together and we always try and assist the newcomers, we are a team after all. The dress code is formal, in this job you have to speak professional hence important to look the part.
