Good environment

Edcon is a great company to work and vibrant environment.Challenges that one is facing is sort staff in some departments,but all employees are team worker they familiarise themself with da store.

Good learning curve

Working must always be what you determine, your wish. You must have some target to reach in order to know and recognize your perfection.everything it's hard only if you want it to be, unless proven results of that you tried.best only come to the best!

Its challenging, you can learn more work and growth as well

Ambitious, keen to learn new things, work well under pressure, team player, self driven and able to lead people and get also reach deadline. My duties are check if all complaince is done and staff or customer won't be in danger. Maintain the building if there crack tile, or broken mirriors

Good working environment

I have learned a lot from the company, I now know all types of customers and how to deal with them. We are like a family with my co-workers, we motivate each other.I enjoy pressure because it brings out the best in me.

Company u can grow with . Strong leadership

I consider myself to be a cheerfull, energetic and self-orientated disposition. My experience has taught me to work as part of a team and deal directly with the public. It has also showed me the importance of ascertaining customer's needs and providinga clear and accurate information in response to those needs.

Orpportunity for grow this limited.

regarding independence its a good company to work for and depending on the manager. but regarding to internal promotion I find it poor and the salary its the poor of them all and that will discourage me to recommend it but for someone who never worked in their life its a good starting point cause it doesn't measured where you come from it through a challenge for an individual to learn. have a very good co-workers and very welcoming if you approach with a calm manner. I have learned to work with people, under pressure, I am now time cautious and dead line driven. Learning new things within my department. Having to adapt to management and new rules.

Pros: you can learn as much as you wish.
Cons: less growth opportunities and salary incriments.
