My duties Includes: driving sale, developing and couching of management , ensuring company process and procedures are in place and stores adhere to. Running promotion store without advertised stock. Taking poor manger into PIPP. Balancing of stock through out my regions. Analysing finger tip, P&L and stock and sales. Ensuring stock plan carefully staff as per business need to avoid overtime. No show and unapprove hours. Ensure all store drive new account and financial services. Assisting store with lay out changes seasonal. I love to interact with people everyday. Great working inviroment
The first thing I do * Check emails for any communication and the update for promotions or Financial service *I Check if all promotions are still and are 100% executed *Do floor walk with staff and task them on what to do during the day. * Check if all the service centre are manned atleast 3is to one customers service. * Do follow up to the staff to check on their progress *Check emails again to see if the are any communication.. * The staff are very happy because I lead with example

Great Corporate Culture
Company with a great corporate culture.fast paced enviroment. In my years working for bthe company i have learned to be independant. I enjoy that employees are treated with respect.

Learning Curve
I received a glimpse of what corporate is all about and in the process became aware of all the things I do not want in a career. There are not enough growth opportunities and incentive for hard work is patronizing.

I, AKANI EVANTS MASHELE, currently completed my Diploma in INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY (SOFTWARE DEVEOPMENT). SWAT analysis
To ensure the stores profitability through focusing on the business drivers. Eg customer service, operating expenses and turnover, implementing the chain standards and maintenance of effective people and process management. I have a very good relationship with my colleagues. We have a open relationship where by they are free to voice their opinions relating to the store and how we can improve our business. I have learnt a lot in company. Remember this is the first company that I worked for from University. Everything that I know is because of this company. People values, Integrity and Professionalism. I enjoy a lot of this hey.. I love my floor, store displays, sales and making sales. I love interacting with my people (staff) training them . I wouldn't say it's a challenge it comes with the packs of this job . Late coming, staff not coming to work and customers disrespecting or making me feel incompetent for my job.

Opportunity for growth
Most days I get in early so I can get emails done and be ready for the next daily tasks and duties. I believe that I have the attributes, attitude and ambition industries are looking for. I think I'm good at working with others (co-workers) and also independently. My last job was an excellent learning opportunity and I developed my skills and experience in numerous different ways and With my previous company, I greatly admired their support and desire for growth in their employees. I was privileged to be able to take advantage of their in-house training.88 My current job is an excellent learning opportunity and I developed my skills and experience in numerous different ways. One of my big challenges will be adjusting to the new workflow for creating reports to present to clients. Every company has a slightly different process, but of course, you want to avoid revealing to clients that anything feels unfamiliar.

The best place to work is a place where you can be your best
Edcon is a very nice place to work,and i The best place to work is a place where you can be your best.so if i were to change or leave Edcon ,One of my big challenges will be adjusting to the new workflow for creating reports to present to clients. Every company has a slightly different process, but of course, you want to avoid revealing to clients that anything feels unfamiliar. I'll aim to ask a lot of questions during my first report, and see if a colleague is available to review it before I share it with the client. That way, by the time my report is in front of the client's eyes, I'll feel fully confident in the process and work. and i have learnt a lot from EDCON,but what i enjoye doig the most is customer service because i meet a lot of people,different and you learn new things everyday

I've learned a lot on my previous job.
I've a good working relationship with my fellow colleagues and clients and I'm a hard working person as I'm also enjoying to go extra mine. U always use my weaknesses to strengthen my abilities and I'm also listening person who seeks helps and clarity where and where necessary, I'm also a respecting person who has Good moral that helps to keep me focus and health as a major requirement for a productive employee.

Excellent learning curve
I love the job that im currently doing, call centre job helped me to communicate well with people and helped me to improve my English language. I love working with people, i have an excellent relationship with my co-workers. Im a team player
