Excellent learning curve
Retrenchment and restructuring makes it hard to grow in company. No training given. Teaching yourself how to do certain things. Working with a good team that is eager to help and learn, relying on the staff. Most difficult is having to struggle and do certain challenges without help.

My current work experience has equipped me with multitude of skills, knowledge and experience including working independently and be creative within the team, time management and ability to identify sales opportunities. My work is all about customer service, handling customer queries, merchandising, implementing promotions, store key duties, alarm testing, driving sales and stock taking What I enjoy most is I play a crucial role in decision-making problem-solving, planning and building healthy relationship with customers. Overall I have leant to look at things differently and in a positive way.

Great learning opportunity
Great company to work for,lot of opportunities to grow.Also learnership opportunities available where you get a chance to fully employed.the company really cares for its employees.Theres performance incentives, bonuses yearly increase

I've learned a lot on my previous job.
I've a good working relationship with my fellow colleagues and clients and I'm a hard working person as I'm also enjoying to go extra mine. U always use my weaknesses to strengthen my abilities and I'm also listening person who seeks helps and clarity where and where necessary, I'm also a respecting person who has Good moral that helps to keep me focus and health as a major requirement for a productive employee.

Successfully completed investigations for Transnet, Anglo Gold, Anglo Coal, Platinum Mines, and Ashanti Mines, work carried out in South Africa and internationally. Successfully conducted investigative work for major banks. (Internal and external fraud theft and corruption, consultant on many projects including investigations for the SA Reserve Bank) Successfully conducted investigative work for London based underwriters in South Africa. This investigation entailed internal fraud, theft from containers, VAT fraud and theft of containers. Advanced in computer skill, report writing and presentation skills

It's an excellent learning curve and a good career growth
