I am a competitive young lady who is always up 4 a challenge
I enjoyed learning abou t different cultures that were within or outside our work environment , an open area for a young adult to be free and express your feelings also raise concerns. I have learnt to be independent and understand others by putting yourself in their shoes.the most challenging aspect of my job was for example pitching for money to a person who is still grieving their loved ones and more importantly the breadwinner
Pros: I do not enjoy working late shift hours

Good for sales experience
It is a great feeling to be able to help/assist another person on their concerns about their skin, being able to make them realise that there problem might be minimized or rectified is what brings me joy and makes me excited about coming to work. working at edcon (redsquare)has taught me how to be patient and be able to be calm when you are dealing with an emotional customer.

I want to see my self having job and to further my studies
during working at edcon was very good and motivated by cowlicks and learning more from them sharing goals building strong team and having good relationship with clients and cowlicks from my co-workers I learnt how to solve problem and also how to work in a team I really enjoyed being working with people who understand my points of views to the business and respect from them its again to the business
Pros: i will like to work with the company so that we can build a better company and comes with little knowledge on how to change this to better
Cons: im willing to work any hours given on that work or more

Company u can grow with . Strong leadership
I consider myself to be a cheerfull, energetic and self-orientated disposition. My experience has taught me to work as part of a team and deal directly with the public. It has also showed me the importance of ascertaining customer's needs and providinga clear and accurate information in response to those needs.

Excellent learning curve for growth
I have been working in Edcon for the past seventeen years and I believe that it's time to grow and learn more about retail. I have done everything in my field and would love to share my experience while I am still energetic and eager to share the knowledge I have. I have been working with the divisional team for regional projects which include store layouts and store openings. I have also been part of learning and development for the region which has been a great success in ensuring that most of our staff are being promoted to management positions and newly appointed managers became competent I am looking forward to start a new venture with your company Thank you in advance for considering my application

Great experience within marketing
Enjoyed learning about the fashion retail environment, within the trends department for a year - even though we had experienced 2 restructures for the year. I then moved onto a marketing portfolio for growth and learning experiences within a different field. Thoroughly enjoying working within my new team - lots of growth potential

Data Capturing ,Attention to detail, hard ,Auditing ,Indexing Boxes working ,patient ,work well individually and in a team ,friendly and helpful if unsure about anything would rather go and seek assistance but try to solve on my own as well ,striving in the task as hard ,taking pride in the work that has to be done .eager to learn and better myself ,trustworthy ,honest ,respectful ,a excellent understanding with my colleagues and Management, willing to go the extra mill. patience and understanding, keeping an open mind , Team work ,the pleasant and welcoming atmosphere at work ,the challenging aspect is dead lines that needs to be met but its exciting I like a challenge you learn things that usually a person would take for granted in the sense of simple ID number ,foreign countries how the work and utilize education and currencies in there countries, always something new to learn and keeps you thinking logically. The company is has its own self learning portal to improve you skills and abilities .

Good in communication ngo skills
it was difficult sometimes but have to push my self on doing my job because dealing with Customers you must always know that always customer is right no matter what in are words was dedicated person love each others always share to any1 even the people were working with them where good people shame will alwys Mic them I have learned a lot to respect others give love to each other share when someone doesn't have or in need of something if have I enjoyed each and everything more especially overtime because the more work the more where getting pay

Computer skill,excellent in numbers and writting skills
My name is ipfani mutshelwa . I am 25 years old I finished my studies last year at Sidebeng collage where by I was doing business management. I was doing internship at Edcon under Boadmans for 1year month. My duties where : mecherdasing, receiving stock and unpacking, banking, filling,visual, cashia and sales and promotions
Pros: promotion and sales, visual, merchandising, replenishment, banking, tasking board,, cashia , reciveing and unpacking stock

Learning everyday
-Good relationship with colleagues -Learned presentation skills and public speaking -Enjoy assisting SMME's and NPOs -challenges in terms of budgets since business is not profitable
