I am a fast learner who appreciate any positive help from anyone

I am a patient person,I enjoy working with people.I am a highly motivated individual who appreciate any positive help from anyone.I do my best to benefit a company.my work experience has been good I don't argue alot especially with customers.Apologizing even when when I'm not wrong is my key to success.In a typical working day i make sure thst all my tasks are done yo avoid explanations and excuses.Working in retail I've learnt that you cannot allow the first customer to ruin your whole day because you still have a long day to deal with other customers.I enjoy talking and helping those who need my help.The most challenging issue was staying calm even when you not wrong but I over came that through the help of my employer

Always working under pressure , always understaffed

Always working under pressure , always understaffed and the rules are not applied according to how the company policy stipulates but how the managers want them to be.

Good experience and a learning place

Working for the company has been great learnt to be patient and submisiv to customers all the time. Team work always been perfect key to goal achievement. Challenges came in different aspects as to dealing with difficult customers, reaching daily weekly and monthly targets. I only enjoyed my working hours they were very reasonable

Excellent learning curve

It's very nice to work at my company but the challenges are that the salary I'm is not enough for me to support my family my mom and my sister.. I have a very good relationship with the workers and i have so many things I also enjoy helping my customers with their queries and making them feel welcome

Hard worker, dedicated i am reliable, confident,self motivated and presentable.

I am a fast hard worker who always achieves the best results my relationship with my colleagues were good and up to standard were i was working i learned a lot first thing i learned to work under pressure and how to communicate with clients thats a communication skill i enjoyed the work that i was doing

Team work produces great results

Edcon is a great company to work for. There's always opportunity to grow. The working environment is awesome. Team work plays a big role in achieving great results. I have learnt so much within this company which will enable me to be an asset in any company I want to work for. The company has equipped me with knowledge I believe I wouldn't have anywhere else. I love how everybody contributes in achieving the company's vision.

Excellent learning curve

Retail Associate were I replenish stock and sell the stock keeping the department neat and tidy so that the stock can sell,checking pricing of items based on business requirements demand

Good exposure and experience

Challenging environment to be in, but can be also quite rewarding. Always a pleasure meeting customers on a daily basis. Administration of the business is quite indeapth with the intricies of processes. Staff are amazing, good attitude and moral.

Cons: Long hours, family time is minimal.

Fast learner

Hard worker, punctual, pay attention to detail, believe in teamwork. Good work was rewarded. As a team we achieved more, there were incentives for performance. Recognition
