Excellent Learning curve. Learned how retailers work
set up meeting with stakeholders, have JAD sessions. Document business requirements. Review documents and get sign off. Map the process if necessary. I work well with my co-workers. I enjoy working with different stakeholders and building my relationships. I have learned about the retail, one thing can be relevant today however down in 6 months it cannot be relevant anymore and changes all the time. Notations on process mapping was a challenge at 1st as I keep doing it over and over I am great at it now over time.
Pros: Culture is the one I love the most about this company
Cons: changes sometimes can give one uncertainties although it is always for the growth and best of the company and our customers

Recruitment, Administration,ER Policy and Learning and development
Working for Edcon was a life changing experience I ever had I meant good people that I fine it easy to talk to and to work around them. Most of the time as I was working under hr development as a intern on a role of HRBP our day to day work mostly was recruitment and administration. What i have learned since I Edcon is who to network,how to behaviour in a professional way.I have learned how to use different methods in terms of recruitment as the call this process telant acquisition. I enjoy recruitment ,as I find it easy to understand and implement in most challenges were whn whew had daly from our employees submitting the documents to the sla deadline As I am intern at dis company mistakes happy frequently

A great learning curve
It’s not safe working for a cellphone company as there are a lot of robberies and burglaries going on. The company has a lot of growth and u get to experience a lot of things working for the company especially when you are willing to learn and open for any challenge

Data Capturing ,Attention to detail, hard ,Auditing ,Indexing Boxes working ,patient ,work well individually and in a team ,friendly and helpful if unsure about anything would rather go and seek assistance but try to solve on my own as well ,striving in the task as hard ,taking pride in the work that has to be done .eager to learn and better myself ,trustworthy ,honest ,respectful ,a excellent understanding with my colleagues and Management, willing to go the extra mill. patience and understanding, keeping an open mind , Team work ,the pleasant and welcoming atmosphere at work ,the challenging aspect is dead lines that needs to be met but its exciting I like a challenge you learn things that usually a person would take for granted in the sense of simple ID number ,foreign countries how the work and utilize education and currencies in there countries, always something new to learn and keeps you thinking logically. The company is has its own self learning portal to improve you skills and abilities .

Excellent learning curve
It's very nice to work at my company but the challenges are that the salary I'm is not enough for me to support my family my mom and my sister.. I have a very good relationship with the workers and i have so many things I also enjoy helping my customers with their queries and making them feel welcome

Good foundation
overall it was a great experience, the culture is good. the relaxed atmosphere allows for great relationships with co-workers and management, but the opportunities are few and they don't harvest potential.
