Being able to solve customer queries

Working in a retail industry have many challenges, having to meet different customers and attitudes. What i have lernt the most is in whatever situation you are in with a customer or a co-worker i must deal with it in a calm and a professional manner.

Pros: Learning better communication skills
Cons: Long hours, Sunday shifts

I love the work I do.

Sales is my passion. Which makes me a nice person to work with. So work usually goes smoothly. Relationship with co workers are good. And I enjoy getting the experience.

Very little opportunity for career advancement

I’ve learned a lot there. For the most part it has been fun. But opportunities for career advancement are limited. Company culture is nice for the most part, I feel indifferent about it. Don’t love it but I also don’t hate it

Attention to detail

I enjoy the companies Culture which is fast paced and challenging and gives me the freedom to make Strategic & Tactical decision for my business unit as a Regional Operations manager. Daily store operation brings a new set of challenges which I enjoy. The most challenging aspect of the my current role is to ensure 100% store execution against the brief which I embrace. I enjoy training & developing others which is rewarding when they grow and contribute positively to the business unit and company

Working with customer everyday.

Im Priscilla, with a good customer service. I have a certicate in IT but love assistants people with different problems, and giving them thst help they need.

Computer skills ,customer service,anaylize thinking,working with a team and alone

I like to work with people I got a lot of energy work with customers and do my very best to know my product to give my customers what they need and not giving false information I do my work at the fullest I'm a fast learner
