Very little opportunity for career advancement
I’ve learned a lot there. For the most part it has been fun. But opportunities for career advancement are limited. Company culture is nice for the most part, I feel indifferent about it. Don’t love it but I also don’t hate it

Fast learner
Hard worker, punctual, pay attention to detail, believe in teamwork. Good work was rewarded. As a team we achieved more, there were incentives for performance. Recognition

Excellent learning curve
Challenging and sometimes difficult, but it is good either way because I got a chance to learn new things. I got a chance to learn new things with understand on how to deal with hard customers in a good way and without hurting them but comforting them instead.

Good skills of leaning things
I'm dark Brown in colour and I'm 1,5 m toll,I like reading and watching movie's and I like to Work, currently I'm working under edcon company it is good and enjoyable but the problem is the salary is so little and I'm finding my self hard to cope.

Good working environment
I have learned a lot from the company, I now know all types of customers and how to deal with them. We are like a family with my co-workers, we motivate each other.I enjoy pressure because it brings out the best in me.

Great working inviroment
The first thing I do * Check emails for any communication and the update for promotions or Financial service *I Check if all promotions are still and are 100% executed *Do floor walk with staff and task them on what to do during the day. * Check if all the service centre are manned atleast 3is to one customers service. * Do follow up to the staff to check on their progress *Check emails again to see if the are any communication.. * The staff are very happy because I lead with example

Good training skills provided
The company is not making money at all,I'm scared that one day I will find myself unemployed or rettrenched.At moment I'm working two jobs a day which is receiving and dispatch,and doing store admin dealing with queries that you find that my company did not pay suppliers
Pros: They are good at training skills but failing to promote or giving me management position
Cons: Very long hours we are working,public holidays payment is like playing with ours not paying double even sunday

Good learning curve
Good day. A productive day reaching targets . -Open to help other co-workers to develop themselves and building a good teamwork amongst ourselves. -learned to be welcoming to everyone and be open. -making targets making the work place to be fun and productive at the same time. Where we struggling to make targets ,but at the same time sit down and come up with the strategies to make more money.
